Just moved to town and went and bought a monthly membership right away. Went through the first time and the truck was still dirty and the rags they used had grease on them and it was smearing all over the windshield. I couldn't even see out of the windshield when driving into the sun. Plus they didn't even get the bugs off the windshield. Went back the next day just figuring it was a bad day or something. Same exact issues. Went back on a third day and the result is in the pictures I'm attaching. Here's the kicker though, I went to another Mighty Wash on 82nd and Milwaukee and they cleaned the car up perfectly. So it is NOT Mighty Wash in general but only the one on 19th right outside the loop. Seems like just a management issue.

Ok not the best water. It stains the vehicle with water spots. I know you can do spot free and it wouldn't but they are always out of it. So not good but better than having a dirty vehicle.

I live close to the MW on 19th and Milwaukee, I signed up for a monthly wash pass online, When I arrived to get my window decal, The 1st thing the employee in the office said was,"We don't do memberships online, let me talk to my manager " When he returned he said that his manager had no idea how I signed up online. I showed him the email that verified that I signed up and the bank withdrawal. He finally checked on the computer and found it. Instead of apologizing he said "Well man next time don't do it online because you can get scammed " I went ahead and utilized the pass for the month and the car wash never fully cleaned the dirt off. I had to use a microfiber towel to finish the job everytime. I canceled after the first month. I would discourage anyone from wasting their money.

Took our brand new car in to get washed. The trim was torn off by the machine. The company claims that their equipment couldn't have done it and that it was a defect in our BRAND NEW car. Won't ever be going back and will tell everyone we know and on every platform possible not to go to Mighty Wash.

What a great place to wash your car. A lot to be said about doing the work yourself. No scratches this way. It was a clean place and. 20 minutes to get it clean was plenty of time. We even did the engine. The hose has plenty of soap and clean water after. Then we vacuumed which worked lol. So many places don't. This one again gave us lots of time on that part. So good we will be back. ! Thank you for a well kept up place.

I love this place the spray jets are powerful. Spacious area to clean and vacuum your car. It's a peaceful. Doesn't disappoint me! I've came to this bay wash for two years!Does anyone know the owner or have the owner's name and information?

The vacuums are no good but for 4$ u get 20 mins of wash time and the man that works there always gives u money back if the machines aren't working properly
