I recently had the opportunity to interact with Marlin Olivas at PNC Bank, as my girlfriend send me over to complete a transaction, and I must say that my experience was amazing. Upon arrival, she greet me with a big smile and seem eager to assist me with my inquiries. On just a few minutes, she showed me how knowledgeable and prepare she was by answering my questions thoroughly. In fact, she was able to inform me on the Multiple Channels of Support that PNC offers including phone, email, and in-branch assistance, which it is amazing.
Also, she showed me how to use the PNC mobile app for any further transactions and amazed by how easy it is to navigate the app and make quick transactions within accounts. In addition, she showed me the wide range of services that PNC offers through the mobile app.
I want to thank Marlin O for this amazing experience and I will definitely recommend her for any of your banking needs.

I love this bank they give u 48 hrs to put the $ in your account so I’ve never had 1 overdraft fee in 6 years !!!! Loveeeee PNC & was BBVA prior to that !!!

I had the privilege of being helped by ms. Amy. She was absolutely amazing in helping me set up a new account. She was honest, and super polite. She did not abuse my level of knowledge or age. I would recommend this branch and ms. Amy for anyone looking for a great bank!

I went there to close an account and Amy Kolkman brushed me off. Instead of helping me transfer the remaining funds she told me to do it through my app. While I was sitting in front of her trying to do so, I was told to just call tomorrow and she would close it. I called multiple times but the phone rang and rang. My work schedule doesn’t allow me time to walk into the bank everyday. The following day I had a transaction come out of my account and gave me a negative balance. Amy failed to shut off my account or even make a note that I’d come in to close the account. The branch on 82nd street was very helpful in getting my account shut off, the transaction paid, and finally closing the account. Not sure if Amy was having a bad day or just did not want to do anymore work after 4:15pm (the time when I went to the bank) but this was a disservice to your PNC customer. Do better.

Was told to come to this bank to cash a Progressive Insurance check, which is the bank that the check was written from. Charged me $200 to cash a check from their bank because I didn’t have an account there. Not cool, and just a money grab. If you want to see how much they “care” just take a look at their response below. Just trying to justify taking money from people needlessly.

This bank location was awesome! First off what a clean and professional environment. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Chris helped us out and was so patient with us. He answered every question with a direct answer and was very knowledgeable. We appreciate him so much and we feel confident that PNC is the bank for us!

I went to the 4th St branch to address some issues. I was not happy with a couple of issues, and was ready to close my account. Chris and Rudy were very understanding and professional. I have decided to keep my account at PNC. Great work guys!

BBVA was great and I miss it . Pnc sucks and phone lines don't work to speak to someone at the branch! In the meantime I'm looking for a new bank .
