This is one of the worst locations and it's due to Jennifer Lea and Stephanie Ruel. I would avoid them at all cost. I'm moving everything over to a local bank.

This is the WORST bank I have ever been to, and possibly the worst service I've had anywhere in my whole life. They're so slow and it doesn't seem like they care about their customers time. 2 weeks ago I was the only car in line, and it still took over 25 minutes for a deposit and a change order!! Called to speak to the manager, was told to call back in a few minutes. I called back and they wouldn't answer, the phone rang at least 20 times. Had to call the other branch to file a complaint. The lady in drive thru seems like she thoroughly dislikes her job. Going to beg my employer to switch to a different bank. Don't waste your time here. A 2.9 Google rating? Yikes!!!

This is literally the worst location I have ever been to. I've only been here twice, as the other location it closer to my home. The lady working inside behind the counter (long hair, pink nails) IS RUDE AS HELL! Thank goodness I don't have to bank at this location. That attitude alone would make me close my account!

Unfortunately the service gets worse and worse every time I come. Wait time gets longer and longer, bankers see you waiting and will take your card then start doing other things and apologize over and over for the wait but they're not doing anything to help? Preparations need to be made before the bank opens not during, while people are waiting for financial help.

These people are completely incompetent and treat their customers like garbage. They don't know their own products, they refuse to give out more than $5000. There is a problem with almost every transaction. The manager can't waivev a $10 cashier's check fee without calling the regional manager. I closed my deposit accounts a few weeks ago and just paid off my credit card (although the teller miskeyed the amount). Thankful to be done with these people.

Watch out opening a new account. I put 20k in a new account and then 3 days later they tell me my account is locked and it can take up to 30 days to verify. They gave me no heads up or even advised me that this could happen. They have completely stopped my business and I have to wait in vain for them to “investigate a direct deposit from a well known American company and a cashiers check from my personal bank America account. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm a licensed mortgage broker (have been for 20 years) and I have a mutual client who has been unable to walk in during "business" hours to retrieve some statements needed for his mortgage loan. Therefore, I had him sign a "Borrowers and Certification Authorization" to retrieve those for him.This document specifically states that I have the permission to verify employment, retrieve IRS tax transcripts, retrieve asset / bank statements on his behalf.The "banker", (I use this term loosely) not only NOT help me, she asked for MY identification. I handed it to her thinking she would verify my identity to retrieve those statements. Nope, she gave me the run around and said I had to call the 800 number to ask for those. She then told me that they wouldI worked at this branch, formerly BBVA, and I had zero problem with the other co-workers / bankers there to retrieve documents.My client, their bank customer, will be closing his account once his mortgage loan funds. This place is a shell of what it once was.This is my word of caution to other residents in the Lubbock area.

Absolutely stay away from this bank. Bbva was great and the people were great as well but since the buy out we’ve had nothing but issues they are short staffed because they had an entire branch of employees walk out so you can’t go in the bank and the lines around the building at times to get to the teller window because of how many issues everyone is having. Save yourself massive heartache and lost sleep by staying as far away from this bank as possible.

Is this place even open? I’m currently on hold for the 4th time calling. Now for almost 15 minutes without any response or even a recording. It says may hear only silence until someone can get to the call but this is ridiculous. I’m hoping they redeem themselves once they answer. Just read reviews that were great. I will update if they ever answer the phone.
