Staff is wholly unhelpful and the geek squad tends to break stuff more than fix it. Would highly recommend shopping online instead of here

The customer service in the computer section is horrible. No one greets you when in the section. Getting someone to help you is not easy either.

I’d leave zero stars if it was an option. Bought a tv scheduled install and then got the date changed by them and they would not reach me half way or even try to accommodate me. This Best Buy sucks

I called the store just before 6 PM on a weekday, and my call was answered by a call center. I asked if I could talk to someone in the store, and I was told that they don’t take transfer calls from the call center. I wanted an answer to a simple question that could be answered by someone in the store, but instead I ended up talking to someone not even in the same city. This is poor customer service and a sad reflection on our society if this is the direction we are going. Once upon a time, a person could call a local store, talk to someone actually in the store, and get a simple answer to a simple question.

Not a good experience at all. If you can go somewhere else, I would recommend it. unless you're looking for a job, then it's a pretty good place to get paid for doing nothing.

I was there looking for a remote control replacement, there were two workers a young guy and girl that were openly flirting with each other, not even trying to help us out. Also when I paid for the remote I noticed the starlink satellite box and asked the cashier how much it was and she literally said “A lot” So now I’m going to Best Buy to get judged that I don’t have the money for things? I guess it’s because I’m Hispanic!? That was very rude, insulting, and belittling for her to say that!! After I return this item I will be glad to never step foot in that place again!!
