Been a loyal Best Western customer for over 30 years and this place can't seem to get it right. I requested a handicap shower in the special requests section and upon arrival I was informed that there are no handicap shower and that I needed to declare the requests in a separate section and the that it was in the room description. Okay, fair enough, this was the ass second time I was the second, a mm d last time we stay here. Tried to call and explain however, the person on the other line kepy saying I can't huh ear you. It was utterly ridicuous
The manager Chros Kar needs to terrain his staff. Very poor treatment of it's guest.

Worst beds I’ve ever slept on. You can feel every spring shooting into your back. Had back pain …. from a bed for 4 days.

The room was clean, the bed was hard, one of the hardest beds I've ever slept in. But my main concern /complaint-when we checked in they required us to sign a waiver. They accept no, absolutely No responsibility for anything that happens. (aside from the fact that disclaimers like this are virtually useless) it was really bothersome, and if I wasn't tired from driving all day I would have walked out.
Another issue, breakfast, there was a sign in the lobby, bacon half the week, sausage the other half, biscuits and gravy on Saturday only. I mean come on guys, some folks don't like sausage, some don't like bacon (I've never met one, but I hear they exist). Options are what people want.
Anyhow, I will really think twice before I use best western again. I was very disappointed overall.

Feb 2025 - room heating unit was too noisy. It rattled and woke me up every time it came on. In addition the bathroom had no vent or heating and it was freezing.
Will not stay here again. I am a Best Western rewards member.

Dog friendly. Small pet fee, nothing exorbitant. Large rooms and very quiet. Check in process was easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Located off the highway so easy to get in and out of. Close to Walmart and restaurants.

My family is on a road trip with dogs every year. I'm still on a road trip and I'm staying in a different city every time with this hotel chain. I chose this chain hotel in this city because I know it's a good hotel to travel with dogs.
I'm really sorry, but I'm leaving after a very bad experience. Employee Lindsey doesn't know anything. She said that she was training and all she did was check-in. I think the staff working at the front desk is the face of the hotel. She has to learn how to smile and how to listen to what customers want.Because when I asked about the amount that came out more, she didn't give me a proper explanation and kept telling us to call 800 and asking me to check it myself. I understand what she doesn't know. Then you should say you don't know. Making a strange explanation makes the customer more confused.
When I checked out, the staff Siri kindly explained to me why more money came out and told me that the wrong thing was right, gave me a hotel card and asked me to contact her again.
Thank you so much to Siri again.
It is not about the money it was about Lindsay not making the effort to help costumers.
We are leaving with mixed experience that could have been better.

The room was dirty, and the hotel was lacking. There is no place to set anything in the shower. They have a big open hole next to the shower that could have a shelf or hooks for towels. When we checked in, they didn't have more than throw pillow on the king bed. I went down to get a pillow, and they didn't have pillow cases. It also smelled like mold or mildew. I would not recommend this if you have any other options. It was cheaper than the rest for a good reason.

Elevator broke down so going up to the 3rd floor was very annoying, bed is very hard, I requested housekeeping Saturday so I get housekeeping Sunday since you apparently have to request housekeeping at this hotel. So Sunday passes and I come to my room 9pm and no housekeeping was done. I did not have a sign saying do not disturb. The breakfast is okay but the orange juice is basically water with a hint of orange flavor disgusting had to only drink apple juice and other guests said the same thing. Won't be retuning as this hotel has failed to reach its star rating expectations and has done very poorly.

seriously, no elevator service in the morning & clueless front desk staff! & no manager on site!! & no follow-up as promised about the awful & stressful experience of having to negotiate flights of steps with luggage! ALSO no coffee in lobby or breakfast area!

Stayed here for the weekend with family. Was very unimpressed with the overall hotel experience and would never stay here again.
Wifi reception in the room was very poor and water flow for the shower/bathroom was barely enough to take a shower (I would equate it to a water dribble).
Hotel breakfast is very minimal and tasted very very bland, I have never had a hotel breakfast experience this poor. Coffee here was the worst hotel coffee I’ve had ever (I expect hotel coffee to be good but not a 5/5 star rating, this coffee was very poorly made and would be a 0/5 stars).
We found trash pushed inside a hallway light close to our room.
Room service did not come and make beds, take out the room trash or give us new towels. We had to go ask the front desk for new towels and room service (then room service never came to our rooms after this request).
While we were getting ready in the morning around 8-9am room service was trying to come in and do their job, I would expect this to be done much later in the morning as to not bother people right after breakfast.
Overall I would rate this hotel as 0/5 stars, this is the worst service and experience I’ve had across the U.S. .
Would highly recommend you stay elsewhere in Lubbock, TX.
