“Brought my Trek Fuel EX in for a major tune-up and some upgrades. They went above and beyond — found a small frame issue I didn’t even know about and fixed it at no extra charge. The mechanics are true professionals and explained everything clearly. Picked up my bike the next day and it rides like new (actually better!). Awesome selection in the shop too. This place is a gem.”
“Went in looking for wheels for an obscure bike I had trouble finding and the gentleman behind the counter sold me what he thought would work. (We had to blind buy due to not being able to bring the bike in physically) we got home and changed the tires but the new ones wouldn't fit. We took them back (with the bike this time) and he installed them free of charge! So cool! Best bike shop in lubbock!”

“Shout out to Velocity Bike Shop!
Purchased my new Velotric Discover 3 today and couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, took their time getting everything set up exactly how I wanted it, and made sure I was comfortable with the bike before I left. Great people, great service, and a great local bike shop. Highly recommend!”
