I was traveling from out of town and had a transmission issue. They got me in and helped diagnosis my problem. They gave above and beyond customer service and were very helpful in explaining what caused the problem. I def recommend them

We had the most amazing service from Mr. Rick, Doug, Ryan and Mrs. Sarah today. We were travelling from Corpus Christi to Alberta, Canada with our Class A motorhome, when our AC belt broke and left us with no AC and no fan to cool the engine. When we finally arrived in Lubbock, Texas, we called Bigham Automotive and spoke to Mr Doug and explained the situation and how we had to be back by the 19th because my wife had an important meeting that she couldn't miss. The shop took us in first thing and had a technician diagnosed the issue immediately. We not only had issues with the AC but Ryan found that we were only running on 4 cylinders instead of 8 and why the unit was sputtering. They then noticed that my alternator was not charging properly due to the AC belt damaging it when it broke. They replaced the alternator and had us on our way the same day. We can not say great enough things about their competency and professionalism. Mrs Sarah brought us to breakfast and lunch and picked us up and brought back.
I would highly recommend Bigham to anyone requiring any Automotive work done. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

These guys are top notch professionals. Their customer service and just general care for their clientele is greatly felt the minute you walk through the door. Our RV was in dyer need of immediate attention to get us back on the road ASAP. Bigham and their crew came threw!!! We are so impressed and would recommend this garage to anyone that wanted professional top shelf service.

Had a gasoline smell in our motorhome on a Thursday while traveling, and was directed to Bigham Automotive, a Workhorse Service Center from a shop in Alamagordo, NM. Called and Rob was very patient to get me an appointment for Monday in Lubbock, TX. Shop diagnosed and replaced a fuel pump that had a broken fitting on our 2007 Winnebago Adventurer. Mr. Bigham treated me very fair on the work and got us on our way. The fuel tank had to be lowered to complete the repair. Would recommend Bigham Automotive & RV if you need repair in the Lubbock, TX area.

Horrible customer service. The mechanics ruined my vehicle and I have to pay another mechanic ALOT of money to fix my car. The owner was very arrogant and totally screwed me over.

The man I dealt with was real assertive for no reason at all. I ask for an inspection and was told it would be a weeks time wait, when I asked “ a week? just for an INSPECTION ?” for confirmation, he raised his tone more. Needless to say, I did not get my vehicle inspected here.

I've been dealing with Rick Bigham for years, and I can only say that he runs one of the most fair and honest auto repair shops in Lubbock. Our family owns nine cars and trucks, and there seems to be something in need of repair every month or two. Rick and his gang of pros keep all our vehicles running and well maintained. I highly recommend dropping by to check out their friendly staff and well-equipped shop. BTW, despite the postal address listed on the web, for decades now, the entrance has been on 18th Street, not 19th. Tell Rick I sent you!Services: Transmission

It is so difficult needing repairs for your car and knowing where to go. I just went with a repair shop close to where I work downtown. Thank God I went with Bigham Automotive! Nobody wants to have to pay for outrageous car repairsand Bigham's was so reasonable! He knew exactly how to deal with the warranty! They fixed my car A/C and now it works like a dream! They even washed my car and vacuumed the interior!! I could not have asked for better service!! This is definitely now my "go to" place forever!!!Services: A/C installation & repair
