I got hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had from Yesenia at Bijou Salon. I knew from the moment we started talking that it was going to turn out amazing. She actually took the time to ask follow-up questions about how I usually wear my hair and what I wanted it to look like specifically, which almost never happens. She paid incredible attention to detail and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work, not just rushing through to get to the next client. On top of all that, the conversation was great. Super easy to talk to and made the whole experience even better. She’s definitely got me as a client for as long as I’m in Lubbock!

If you’re wanting to go to Bijou, book with Yesenia!! She’s always done my hair so amazing (and i feel like i’m super picky) but she absolutely kills it every time. Trust in my hairstylist is the most important for me. Wish i still lived in Lubbock so I could go see her!

Had recently gone for a consultation and they helped me figure out what kind of cut I needed to help me with my hair growth. They were very nice and professional and will definitely be going back in the future.

I had Courtney cut my hair into a pixie. Not easy. She did an amazing job. I know that when it grows out, it’s gonna be perfect. First she shampooed and gave me a light neck massage, felt WONDERFUL. I had no hair on me when I left. She took her time, and we had great conversation. Btw, she gave me a great haircut. I like it short and love every stage of it growing out. I don’t want to be at the salon every month, so it’s perfect.

The salon is so charming! First time and I got Courtney and she was great. Didn’t want much off as had just let it grow.. she styled it, made great suggestions and had great conversation. I will be back for all my styling needs with her and the salon.

Every service I have had since coming here has been wonderful. Courtenay especially has been the most inspiring, patient, and skilled stylist. I used to dread sitting in a chair for hours to get my hair done, but Courtenay has so much experience and gets it right every time. She is also a phenomenal human being. I am happy to support this salon and what it does for it's employees as well. Bijou does the thing and does it well!

Hands down the best haircut I've ever had. Courtenay was amazing. Not only was experience from the front desk to the shampooing to the cut a 10/10, but I've never had someone be so attentive and give me EXACTLY what I asked for. I have a curly pixie cut, and was just thrilled to have someone listen to my request and do such a great job. I don't live in town, but I'll be flying in just so she can cut my hair! Thank you Bijou and Courtenay for such a fabulous experience.

I’ve been seeing Sydney for a few years now and she’s never steered me wrong! I used to always go to her to bleach my hair and add some blue until I decided to give my hair a break back in February and went back to black. A short 3 months later, I decided I wanted blue back but didn’t want to damage my hair with bleach again, so she let me know that we could do hand tied extensions to keep my natural hair safe! ?
It’s now been two days with my new, blue extensions, and I have already had so many compliments on my new hair- plus, nobody knows that they’re actually extensions! ? Not only that, but I now have added volume to my hair, and who doesn’t love that ?! Hand tied extensions with Sydney is a MUST!

Courtenay Carter at Bijou is simply the best! She's fabulous with colors and just did my first set of extensions and let me say, I'm obsessed! She's not only my favorite stylist but an even better human. Trust me, you want to sit in her chair!
