Larena is so awesome. She helped get the phone I really really wanted with the promotion even though they were out of it. She called all the stores just to double check and she found them!! Excellent customer service!! And the girl she was training was very nice to. Thank you BOOST MOBILE.

I wouldn't recommend this store. Raymond charged me $20 for a sim card when I needed to switch phones but already had service. The boost operator told me the sim cards are $9.99. Never coming here again they put there own prices.

Horrible company. Horrible service and NEVER EVER BUY A MOTOROLA G! I had 3 on one year never dropped or damaged any of them. Plus every one I meet out in public have the same issue with the moto G. The screen goes out starts acting crazy zipping through all your apps and the only way to get it to stop is to.just turn off the phone. Since this happens to every moto G it's a useless waste of money. Don't fall for it!!!

They are of help especially when I have asked for the corporate office number from a supervisor for trying to unlock a cell phone. And I bet y'all don't know who owns boost mobile?? It's dish wireless and they won't give out the corporate office number either. How sorry is all of this.

Do not live in Lubbock have always had bad experience with the boost mobile stores in our town ! This store was very helpful , explained everything to us for my new phone and even switch all my contacts and photos highly recommended this store.. Thank you all for your help would give this store 10 stars

Victoria basically argued with me and told me I should feel lucky I got a coupon for a phone I don't want. My phone is too old and getting shut off from the system. I asked if I could just get a flip phone to get by since I have to have my phone for work. I've been with boost for over ten years and they acted like I was trash because I don't want the newest most expensive thing. I asked if my phone could be unlocked she just told me to go call customer service which takes an act of god to figure out how to even speak to a person then it was a 10-20 minute wait. I couldn't even understand the person I spoke to but I could make out that I didn't have the number she needed and it would take 2 business days to switch. Now I have to pay $45 for them to just turn the phone on, not moving any of my contacts or information over literally turning it on. I know they didn't make this decision but at least understand not all of us can afford the newest phone ever 3 months or less and now I can't afford groceries or gas. I will be switching carriers as soon as I get paid. I can't believe this is how they treat people that have been customers for over 10 years
