My son's phone just crapped out one morning and wouldn't progress past the bootloader. I visited the Boost store off of W Loop 289 and the representative there was very helpful. Fortunately, we were eligible to upgrade and left with a working phone without paying too much. I can't remember his name, but we sure appreciated his help.

Absolutely disgusting the woman there is rude, aggressive, and petty. I asked for the bathroom for my 5 yr old and she called us disgusting because I had to make her pee in the parking lot (cause we aren't from here so we had to travel to get here). The guy there was great and very nice but she needs to go.

Went here yesterday, pulled up at 6:30, because hours show they are open until 7. The lady that was there was already locking the doors and throwing her hands up saying she was closed. I told her the hours that show up and she said "I make my own schedule, and I'm closed!" Won't be visiting this location anymore and hopefully Ms. Make her own schedule, corrects her hours on all outlets to reflect close time as whenever she gets ready to close.
