They switch it up often. Move around inventory or items so you notice different things you probably didn't see before. The employees are always helpful and nice. The store is always well organized and clean.

I used to shop at this location all the time. However, lately their staff is rude and clueless about their own policies. I’ve never seen a business try so hard to refuse money…and succeed. Today I tried to check out with 2 Funko Sodas and 2 Funko Pops. Their policy is the same as it is online and the same one Hot Topic has had for years. Only 2 items per style per customer…meaning you can only purchase 2 of the same Pop. This keeps customers from buying up all the exclusives. So when I checked out I had 2 of the same Sodas (not 3) and actually 2 different Pops. So technically I had 3 different styles. One of the Pops is actually a Thumper they’ve had about 30 of for at least a month because nobody wants it. The person running the register told me I could only buy 2. I said but they are all different styles. She told me it didn’t matter…they were all Funko brand. I told her I would pass then. Could you imagine if every store told their customers they could only purchase 2 of a certain brand but not 4?? This is the 2nd time an incident like this has happened within the month at this location and they’ve turned down about $100 from me. It’s ok…I have plenty of money to spend elsewhere as it will not be here ✌️
