I know these people writing reviews on here don't have a storage rented here !!! It's devastating because the place has been ransacked and not safe ...I can go get any thing done like before for someone following me etc. plus 4 locks have been cut on my unit in past 3 months ! Stole and junked it up and not one unit hasn't been broke into !!! So if u have stuff there u probably don't anymore !! To make it worse they are saying I owe 1000$ and I have my money order receipts and picture s of me putting in drop box ?? I am told my things are being sold in auction ???? Really . .? They must have people posting fake post because the place is trashed

This place is very upsetting I have 2 units and I have been calling them for months because other units have been getting broken in to and they have done nothing and 2 months ago both of my units gotten broken into and then they got broken in again and they still are not do anything for anyone

Brad's Annex has been an amazing place for my storage needs! It was so easy to access, and everything was so clean. The prices are unbelievably reasonable. I appreciate all they've worked so hard to provide.

Stolen property - 8 attempts initiated (on record) dozen + in reality. ZERO assistance, ZERO accountability, not ONE call even returned, proof of completely false statements written in CRM (internal notes), have sent CM & will proceed with civil suit & possibly criminal

This place does not deserve 1 star, it's a disgrace. I ordered a storage online and it said there was a working gate, cameras and was a clean place. I showed up with some items to move there and the weeds were higher than my car. I had to pull weeds to get to storage but I gave them a break and moved my stuff in there. The next night I went there and realized the gate was not shut nor did it work and no cameras. The supposed guard shack at the front is also empty and thrashed. A week later my brother and I went to take some more things and there were locks broken off and storages thrashed even 1 that I had rented at 1st but realized was to small. I couldn't get a hold of the owners even till this day. I called the cops and they also said that they had same problem and I should get out as soon as possible. The place has ransacked storages every where and trash, weeds taller than trees and unsavory people using it for God knows what. Definitely don't use this storage.

Don’t store here unless you want your stuff stolen. Constant theft. Only units Ive seen not broken into is units with nice locks.

I can never get any one on the phone and I've called many numbers from Google and number plainly on the building and doesn't work. I've called and reported hand full of times on the voicemail about units down from mine broken into,door open locks on ground. The camera on the side of building is facing completely downward and no wire not even working. I think it's crap that it plainly on the website says secured when it most definitely is not,gate never shuts🙄 I not only pay for my unit but pay plenty in gas weekly to go by at least once a day to check on my storage. I seen couple days ago that the fence has been cut all the way down on the outside skirts of the property by the units and is wide open now.🙁

For the price we pay for rent, this place is pretty good. I’d like to see it locked up more often but the neighborhood doesn’t seem all that bad. We’ve added some extra security of our own to help out.
