Fabulous selection of the latest in women’s fashions, home decor and men’s selections. Love the new location. Friendly staff and great service. Will shop again - highly recommend.

The store has beautiful variety of clothes. Found a few dresses that I really liked but didn't have the size I needed. Most of the clothes left when I went in last Saturday were mainly smalls and mediums. Found few in larges when I was needing an xlarge. Came one day before this. MY boyfriend got a freshie. He loves it! Really love the clip I got from here. Don't really have a complaint. Just wish more of the clothes were in bigger sizes. Their customer service was excellent! Never had a problem from the two times I came in. The staff attending the dressingroom was amazing! Very sweet and kind. Staff did their best to stay busy but would talk among themselves at times. Wasn't too bad though.

Every time we are in Lubbock we make it a point to shop here. We have always loved it, until my 8 year old was about to pee her pants and they refused to let her use their bathroom because there was “too much merchandise in the back.” We have never had this issue here before when my children needed to use the restroom, especially since we always go spend money here. I will never, ever step foot back into this store.

Absolutely ridiculous, me and my boyfriend and my son who was in a stroller went in just to look around. We had just went to buy things from 5 below and my boyfriend was carrying the wrapping paper we bought. Some rude older lady went up to him and said I’ll hold that for you up front talking about the wrapping paper he tells her it’s not from here and then proceeds to talk about our “bundle of joy” to play it off. We were very much being profiled and it’s sad. We are not caucasian and pretty sure we were the only colored ones in the store, I’m almost certain together we both make more than most of these associates together. I own see real Jon Hart items and that’s what I was looking for. I used to shop at the one in Abilene and the associates were never like this. It’s ridiculous!!!

I like this store and all the brands they carry. I refuse to spend my money there as the staff is so distant and ignores its customers. Went to the new location today in Lubbock around 130. Staff on duty was more interested in talking to each other. Every brand they sell can be found elsewhere in Lubbock and the surrounding towns. It’s a shame they don’t value customers. I won’t be back.

What a cute boutique! It is large with many choices, just a little pricey for the trendy quality it is. Hence, the 4 stars rather than 5.

My wife loves shopping at this store, but she’s come home from this store the last few times very upset. She has gone in with a purse, without a purse to see if the actions of the employees change, but it didn’t. She felt profiled and employees were rude and obviously following her around, to the point she became uncomfortable. We do our best to support locally owned businesses, but the shopping experiences have been horrible. We have since started buying what we need online.
