If I could give it a zero I would! First things first, had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our drink orders. We where on the patio servers came out several times to play with another tables dogs but never came to see if we had been served. Second go to the restroom it's beyond nasty with a needle laying in the bathroom floor. The wings had hair in it. The tacos had a bug in it. There server hated her job. I am also pretty sure the tea was starting to form mold. I broke out head to toe in a rash after being there and the tea was very slimmy. I will not be going back!!!

Went to the patio waited fourty mins before anyone came and checked on us but had three workers go out to talk to some people on the other end with a dog. Wings had hair in them needle in the bathroom floor. Waitress had a trash attitude bug in the tacos. Overall bad experience waste of $135

We waited for 1.5 hours for our food. The wings and fries were cold. So cold our toddler wouldn’t eat! It took yet another 15-20 minutes for 2 burgers to come out and they weren’t even correct. It was not busy and no explanation given. No drink refills and we ALL ran out of drinks. They were all but gone when our food showed up. They did not take it upon themselves to reduce our check at all until we complained and even at that it was 15%. I’ve been to lower end restaurants who weren’t even THAT late with food who took more initiative! Do better, BWW, for what you charge!

It’s BWW! Always a solid choice and you usually know what you are getting. We’ve been here 5 or 6 times before as we live in Wolfforth and we will be back. Wings, burgers, and wraps are all good. We’ve eaten lunch, picked up food, and been in later at night and had very consistent food and service. Keep up the good work!

Went for lunch Saturday 3/9/24. Place wasn't even busy at all (now I know why) Service was below average. Didn't take too long for the waitress to take our orders, but once she did, she disappeared for a long time. Didn't come back to check on us. Finally after what seemed like forever, our food arrived. Fries and boneless chicken wings weren't even hot (lukewarm at best) The wings were sauced ok, but they were dry and a couple of pieces hard as a rock. Fries were flavorless and again lukewarm at best. Not a good experience at all. To put it nicely.

If I could ZERO I would! Good food, will say that! Overheard a manager call an employee a "MONKEY" ? that literally made all of us uncomfortable seeing as though we have a family of MULIPLE races!

Sat ourselves. Ordered drinks quickly. Once order was in it was 45 minutes before waitress said we have two cooks. Let me check on your order. Hour wait total. Took us 15 minutes to eat. Hard to cut with plastic utensils. Then took 25 more minutes for our waitress to show up to pay. Overall, a good two hours with 15 minutes being eating. Also expensive! Not impressed enough to rush back.

Came to order bogo wings on Tuesday. Which we have been doing for over a month now. When my husband got the bill, the discount was not on there. So he asked for a manager , Sean the manager came over and stated that was only for dine in only. My husband said no we’ve been doing this for over a month and you can get it to go just like your website you can order Bogo wings. The Manager, Sean, then ripped the bag from my husband. My husband left with no food after we waited over an hour for our food. Then I called to speak to Sean, who was extremely rude and never apologized stating that must be a corporate thing if it’s on the website to order Bogo wings to go. Extremely frustrating with the lack of customer service. And when I called the lady at the front told me The manager on duty was named Stephen, so I’m very confused on what his actual name was
