This store has an amazing owner. My family(while in Texas for family medical issues) met Ratna, the owner! She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and one of the honest and compassionate persons I've met, especially in her line of business. You don't see ones like her vary often. I spent a lot of time in her store, and I look forward to stopping in next time I'm in town. If you want fair prices with an honest owner, take your business to this store... thank you, Ratna, for my collectibles.... Tony!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When entering, no one greeted us. When we approached the grouchy lady, she decided it was best to give us dirty looks while she said nothing. We explained that we needed a price on our jewelry. She approached us with a dirty look and took the jewelry. She only sat down for about 20 seconds and told us that it was worth $100. (What was interesting is that we had gone to other jewelers and they took their time and were extremely friendly and offered us $1000.) So when she approached us, she rudely handed us the jewelry and proceeded to give us disgusting looks. I’m a person where I usually don’t take the time to do reviews like this, but when stuff like this happens, I don’t wish upon that to others. And I honestly believe no one goes there for business because the place was empty. I spoke with other people who’ve gone to the same place and had the same experience. So save yourself the time and don’t waste it by going there. There are plenty of other places where you will find great people with great customer service, Unlike cash for gold jewelers.

I went inside there looking for some silver coins. The gentleman was very helpful. I had three coins picked out and was looking at 5- 1oz bars. I asked to talk to the lady in charge to see about maybe making a deal if I took all of them. She came over and ripped the poor sales guy a new one. She was very rude. Very rude. After having three coins picked out at 7$ over spot ( which is the most in town btw) she said no it’s 15$ over spot…. I ended up leaving without buying anything. There are plenty of better places to buy your silver. I won’t be back and don’t recommend you going there either….

I went in a couple of weeks to get an antique brooch looked at, I asked if they could check the contents and the lady whom is always there said it was gold filled and it was costume jewelry (because it was tarnished and she also took it behind the counter to check it). Because I said I wasn't interested in selling she rudely pushed me on someone who had no idea what was going on. I recently got a second opinion by a family owned professional business in a neighbor city and found out, it it is in fact solid gold with diamonds. I dont appreciate being lied to and happy I got a second opinion. Just becareful is all I'm saying. 😊

Well don't really know where to begin but please be careful wth their jeweler and the owner elderly lady who walks in the steps of god yea right but she refuses to do what Jesus would do make it right. So I paid 800 dollars for a ring from a online jewelry store and it was to small to wear. I took rin for resize and make larger by 1.5 size and was charged 275.00 then a stone fell out. They kindly replaced stone and said it shouldn't happen again. Well I just lost anther stone she treated me like a liar and a thief rude on phone refused to make right unless I Keep buying stones that only fall out because of their inept jeweler. I pitched products from this store in past and whet her husband was healthy the place was ok but now humm at least they have a gun store next to them. Stay away at all cost I'm out slot of money and they are sitting on stacks of gold and silver you got to love those Christian people they always get you in the end crooked people
