Dr Richards and staff did an awesome job caring for our fur baby if it wasn’t for him she wouldn’t have made it super greatful for everyone there & would recommend anyone to go therel! They truly care and will do anything to help…Can’t thank them enough!

Dr. Richards and staff are awesome! They have pulled Ozzie out of several medical crisis with compassion and great care. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for our care. Thanks to all who work at this facility!

The staff are amazing! Just went through a litter of puppies dealing with parvo and they were so attentive and caring. They never tired of our endless questions. Dr. Carothers and all the staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend them.

Took the stray puppy that came up to my house here for some much needed tick medication. Everyone was very nice, and very quick. Because of COVID19, they came out to my truck. They had a really good system in place, and I was really impressed. Jessica on the phone was very sweet and informative - she even cleaned up my pup's p*** in the back of my truck. So please offer her a raise. Vet tech (I believe) was also really nice - she had on a Star Wars face mask and was really cool and took the time to answer all of my questions. They also take Care Credit. Would strongly recommend taking your animals here if need be! They take walk-ins, when every other vet in town was booked until the first week of June and my pup needed help ASAP. Thanks for helping my Piper!

On a Friday I brought in a stray dog I had found (I had found this dog not even 40 hours prior to this). They insisted that I leave him there the weekend or he was going to die and told me home care wouldn't be enough. So Monday comes around and I call to see how the pup is doing and they insist I leave him at the very least one more day because "he is not better and we haven't reached the 800 we quoted you for the bill!" That Tuesday I call back telling them I can not afford to keep this dog hospitalized and they LITERALLY said. "Well good luck hope he doesn't die." I receive my bill to see the ENTIRE WEEKEND they did NOTHING but keep this dog on an IV and charged me for his stay, they didn't give him any actual treatment until that Monday. The dog ended up dying that night and I got left with a fat bill for a kennel stay and a hydrating IV.
