I came yesterday and spoke to an associate about a recent release. The associate told me to come by the following day because they were behind in shipment which I completely understand and came back the next day. After asking about the shipment the following day, the associate (a different one than I spoke to the first day) said they didn’t have any other than preschool in the specific shoe. I then told her an associate from the day before told me to come by the next day to see if they had the new shipment available. She then clarified that they only had preschool sizes, which is perfectly fine. There were no further questions asked and I was about to leave. While walking out I decided to purchase a different pair of shoes I had my eye on and proceeded to go to the counter to ask for my size. I did so and noticed that the associate helping me was the general manager. I decided to ask her if she knew anything about the shipment because I figured she would know more or be able to clarify the information I had received the day before. She then responded in a very rude tone by saying “No. And I don’t appreciate the consistent questioning. My associate already told you we didn’t have them.” She then continued to be extremely rude throughout the process of my transaction and told me that I was a “red flag” because of “persistent questioning”. She even tried to suggest I might have lied by saying “someone told you of a new shipment” which she did so by providing air quotes with her hands. She was acting extremely defensive and as though she was being attacked somehow. It was flustering to me because I was simply trying to follow up with the store from the day before. The interaction was extremely unprofessional and rude. I even went back into the store to apologize for any tension I might have caused by simply trying to understand my confusion as to why someone would tell me to go back the next day and then on that next day I’m being told something completely different. The annoyance she had was uncalled for and should not have been taken out on me. Extremely unprofessional.General Managers name is Kyra at the south plains mall Lubbock location.

Don't order online, they will cancel your order w/o your knowledge and charge you. Then when you go to pick it up they will treat you as if you're in the wrong. Save your time and shop at finish line. Also, I dealt with the manager,she was extremely rude, and acted as if I was in the wrong.

This Champs needs new management. None of the employees ever greet you when you walk in, they never ask if you need help, and they are extremely rude. None of them should be in customer service. Especially the manager.

The salesman tried to sale a pair of shoes while i was trying them on. When i spoke to the manager she rudely told me to make a decision. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
