Not welcoming! 2 minutes in store my daughter trys on a sweater and an employee runs to us and rudely says we can not try on sweater in store and fitting rooms are closed due to covid. But we can buy sweater and return within 14 days. First off the store doesn't allow refunds even with receipt. So what if sweater doesn't fit and I absolutely can not find any other product I like. I'm just stuck with the product that didn't fit, or a gift card I probably would never use. Second off, how is it better for me to take product out of store to try on, and bring back going to prevent covid? I understand safety concerns, but I just don't see how this benefits the safety of taking the product completely out of store and bring back to keep employees safe. Third, after that it felt embarrassing and uncomfortable because the employees watched us the whole time in store. I personally will never return shopping at this store again.

I am here now, I wasn’t aware that they don’t open till 11:00am. This is on 11/20/2021 Well the Hispanic lady that works there has the chain gate open up to the top and it’s 10:32am. There is a Hispanic lady inside carrying a purse and looking at items on the rack. So, I started to enter not knowing that they were closed ( I thought they were open due to the lady being inside ). As I started to go in the lady saids real loud we are not open! We don’t open till 11:00! Then why was the other lady in there looking on the racks with a purse on her shoulder. I’m thinking she must be related to this lady. I’m going back to get her name. Because there should not be anyone in the store shopping till 11:00am. She has no name tag, her hair is black curly, a little below the shoulders. She didn’t welcome anyone when she lifted the gate to open it, neither did she thank anyone when they left the store. She was the only one here on this day and at this time. So, very rude!!! I know they know who is on work duty this morning by having and looking at the schedule. So, by reading the reviews now I see why the employees don’t wear name tags. I couldn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Their return policy is a joke the employees are rude. I tried to return a shirt bought it off the 5 dollar rack they would not except because it wws clearance i did nit see anything posted saying this this store is a joke need new employees and a manager

I had purchased a pair of shoes from the store in Lubbock just yesterday and the manager Jessica that was in the store today told me she would not accept them. I wanted to return them because a strap had broken on them not even after a full day of use. I am very upset that your company claims to accept returns within two weeks but will not accept mine when I am trying to return them within 24 hours! Attached is the receipt showing the date purchased and the back showing the manager's name and date I tried to return them. Please write back as soon as possible to resolve this issue.train your manager Jessica please not to be rude and mistreat the customers.

I have received by far the worst, customer service in all of my shopping history from Andrea at Charlotte Russe. After two weeks of placing an order that apparently, indicated all items were in stock, I received my package with three of the four items I ordered. The fourth item that I did not receive was canceled because it was no longer in stock. The worst part was that it was the bottom of an outfit. Silly enough I received the shirt but not the matching bottom. When I contacted the store, I didn’t receive an apology or an offer to try to make it right other than “ I can send you a return label”. What a hassle. Maybe you shouldn’t have sent it out to begin with. Horrible customer service, and attitude with the response and totally disappointing.

Shopper stalker experience. I was followed throughout my shopping experience and was followed into the dressing room as well. The name of the employee was Danielle. Very RUDE. I checked out with another employee who was very helpful.

Bought two sweaters yesterday and came to return them today in store. Left my receipt at home but had the card I paid with. Manager and employee were really rude and sneered they needed to have the receipt. Called my husband he sends a picture f the receipt an they say they can’t type anything in they have to have the physical copy in hand. He brings the copy of the receipt to the mall and the ladies still continued to be unpleasant. I don’t understand but I definitely will not be entering this store again as they were not welcoming or accommodating in any way.

Where should I start. The manager is just amazing. She really is so kind and helpful. The staff is just as amazing as well. They are all very helpful. They treated me with kindness. I enjoyed my time there tonight and I will definitely be returning. :)
