Dr. Cloud is the Vet that treated my beloved lab, Rascal, after he was critically injured by another dog. We had to put him down. She could not have been more professional, competent, and compassionate. I will always be grateful to her for how she helped me! Mark

Hands down the best veterinarian group and staff in the area. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Dr. Heatwole and Dr. Cloud truly care for their patients and provide leading edge care at reasonable rates.

Best Vet Clinic I've ever been to. They are so clean and organized. Every single person that works there genuinely cares about all animals and is more about the animals than it is a job. Definitely Recommend to everyone.

For nine months, Dr. Heatwole helped give my rescue dog the best life possible. From the very start, he was patient, caring, and compassionate, and went out of his way to answer my many questions. From acupuncture treatment to medications, he took a pro-active approach to making my dog feel better. During emergency visits, he and the vet techs immediately attended to my dog, and on the last day of her life, he was a reassuring presence. Dr. Bridge is wonderful, too. Tori, Sheyenne, and the other receptionists are sweet and caring. You will never wait for your pet to be seen at this practice - and unlike some clinics in Lubbock, Hub City cares about cats as much as it cares about dogs.

Repeatedly misdiagnosed my sweet and loving 14 year old cat and kept trying to sell me food instead of examining his throat to discover visible cancer. My cat suffered unnecessarily for 4 month. Sure everyone was nice and there was high tech equipment, but what good is all that if you aren't even going to do a basic examination? The initial examination occurred when COVID was rampant and I wasn't allowed in with my cat to see that the vet was actually examining my cat. I blindly trusted the vet and my poor cat paid the price and suffered horribly. I wasn't given any treatment options. The only option was to try new food. Well, I finally found out why he wasn't eating. He had throat cancer, that you could see when you opened his mouth. The vet at Hub City never thoroughly examined my cat, I guess. My cat would have let him (the vet) look in his mouth without a fight. He was that sweet and gentle. Three visits later, I decided to take my cat to Cooper Vet and without missing a beat, that vet told me that my cat was suffering and it was time to think about putting him down. I was devastated and confused so much so, because the vet at Hub City went over lab work with me two weeks prior and said that my cat was in good condition. I don't recommend Hub City Veterinary Clinic. What a nightmare it all was and still is for me!!!

We love Hub City! This is the first vet that my dog actually is excited to go to and doesn’t hide underneath the chairs the whole time! Dr. Cloud is amazing and so personable. I know anytime I bring my dog to Hub City, she will be well taken care of. Thank you guys for being the best!

Everyone was beyond wonderful during our visit today. They are so patient and good to my boys. The vet and assistant took time to address my questions and concerns. We know without a doubt that we made the right choice for a new vet clinic for our dogs.

Love Hub City Vet!! They always get us in quickly if needed & Dr. Heatwole is a great veterinarian. He always looks over our puppies throughly at their exams. I really appreciate how they only do what’s truly necessary and lay out all options so we are well informed on our animals care. They never try to sell us useless things or plans— as many other vets here in Lubbock do. Dr. Heatwole is also a fan of the broncos... which our dogs find very helpful since they are both named after players!

We are thrilled to have found Hub City Veterinary Clinic! We have seen all 3 of the Doctor's and they are all wonderful, the front staff and all the Vet Tech's are excellent as well. We had to put down one of our sweet pups and the staff was so attentive to our needs as well as our dogs. Our other visits have been for less emotional reasons and the service has always been the best. I highly recommend this clinic!!

I LOVE Hub city vet! The doctors+staff are all very friendly and truly care about your pet. They listen to your concerns and I did not feel rushed through my appointment. I also love their app for your phone, extremely convenient!

By far the best vet clinic in Lubbock. I have tried out several vet clinics in the Lubbock area and have never received better service than with Dr. Ledford and his staff. Everyone is extremely kind, and has vast knowledge. On both occasions they have been able to squeeze us in the same day, and I have not had to experience long wait times upon check in. Dr. Ledford conducts a thorough examination, with no drama from my grumpy GSD who despises being touched by strangers(that says it all). They are also, VERY reasonably priced. Finally, to top it off, Dr. Ledford offers mobile equine services. I am ecstatic, because there are no mobile equine vets in Lubbock! So my horses will also be seeing Dr. Ledford from now on. I highly recommend!
