Worst people to do buisness with they will go sell you something they don't even have to offer. They will tell you what you want to hear they say they have this agreement that its the first agreement they make you think thats the real agreement its not its a scam they will go get all your employees sizes making you think that's the agreement one week before uniforms have to arrive they will call u and tell you that agreement got denied they will tell you different agreement with no insurance for uniforms watch it with cintas

Be careful with this place after using them for a year my buisness was not able to continue paying for there services come to find out that I was never told I was signed into a 6 year contract and was locked in even though I didn't need the service anymore. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Cintas is a great business with a variety of products in different categories. It is moving up to become the best uniform dispersal in the business, and I have no doubts that small starting companies will love to use our products. Cintas is of course trying to correct some wrongs and make them right, and will try their best to make sure we can be ranked #1. Those of you who leave low reviews are most likely thinking of a different company or having a bad day. - Tigger

I use Cintas at my learning center and LOVE them! They supply all paper goods and cleaners to us weekly. They restock each week according to our trending use and quickly respond to any supply needs between the weekly visits if we need. They are so knowledgeable of all their products and have no supply issues with us! I recommend them to any company that is looking to save money and gain a wonderful team with Cintas!

I love Cintas. I recommend them to everyone. They have a wide variety of things that are so helpful in everyday life. It makes for a clean and safe work environment. They come in once a week and stock your facility so you never have to place a order for paper good again. The people are all kind, helpful and very knowledgeable of the things we need. Thank you all for making our lives a little easier in childcare.

Cintas is by far the best uniform and facility service company out of Lubbock! Their attention to detail, professional communication, and sense of urgency set them far apart from their competition. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to get us ready for the workday!

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. These people are the WORST to deal with. About ready to cancel our services with them and use someone else. We have a location in Austin and Lubbock and the service is the worst that we have ever had experienced in both locations. Not a happy customer. It’s a shame, cause they have nice products.
