The technical incompetence of this financial institution should terrify anyone considering entrusting this bank with their money. It’s probably safer to stash your money under your mattress from a security standpoint. I am horrified that they have all of my personal data, probably completely exposed for any hacker to take. I've contacted their tech support no less than 10 times with no resolution in sight.

Called about wiring my money back due to not looking to get home there. Was told it's up to Betenbough Homes to inform them about how to send my money back ? I just want my money back, (wired) back like I sent! I shouldn't have to wait!3/28/23STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY THE BANK, STATING MY "FINANCIAL INSTITUTION" HAS TO CALL THEM IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

I ask your manager is I could show him options on an electricity provider and he was amenable. I opened and account to receive my commissions. Your manager chose someone else to work with so I closed the account. The the manager told me I never opened an account. I closed the account Johnny St.Clair

Krista in the loan department at the location off Marsha sharp, it took her 5 minutes to fix something nobody could do for almost a month. I can’t express how much she helped, and she did it all with a smile on her face. City bank as a whole gets the 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Krista alone gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So my car got picked up, even though Ibset up payment arrangements, but that really wasn't the issue, when I asked Omar where my car was he said he would tell me once I made the payment in full. So I wasn't able to get anything out the car, We get to Lubbock Auto auction & there detailing my car, So when we get the car Back I notice that the money & change that was in the console was gone, my husband said that there was about 60.00 in green & another 30.00 in change, we also had windshield wipers that that were 30.00 each that were bought from Post auto repair shop, there was some heavy duty jumper cables for big vehicles missing, So when I called Lubbock auto auction & told her what happened she laughed, & said that they didn't take anything out, & that I need to talk to Red Raider Wrecking cause they picked up the car. Red raider wrecking said I needed to call the bank. After several calls & voice-mail, today Omar returned my call. I explained to him what happened & who was gonna reimburse us, he said that what I mentioned was on Red raiders inventory list & that it's he say she say & he has to side with Red raider. So he called me a liar...I hung up & started my complaints.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anessa (I hope I spelled that right) about an overdraft fee. She was so kind and patient with me. It went beyond customer service, you can tell she genuinely cares about people. I wish I could thank her again. She truly is amazing and City Bank is lucky to have her!

My wife and I recently opened a checking account at City Bank in College Station, TX so we could purchase some international currency. Rachel helped us set up the account and did the currency purchase too, she was outstanding. Rachel was very friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable about what we're trying to accomplish. I gave a 4 star only due to the fact that on one of the currency purchases, the amount we got back was nearly twenty five percent less than expected based on the international rates the day we purchased. Our other currency was pretty much what we expected, not sure what happened with the other one.
