Our visit was fairly quick, several cashiers working, and also designated to help front desk as well. The lady who helped us, she was like an octopus, they all knew what was to be done and performed with a friendly customer relations.

Horrible experience, called to setup a appointment to bank with them, lady called me back and I called her back 10 minutes later and here I am 3 weeks later with no call back. I have called them 4 different times within those 3 weeks. Customer service is poor

The drive through always takes forever when depositing money. I went inside one time and was one of maybe 3 customers in all. It was really uncomfortable to discuss private stuff in such a small building where everyone can hear everything you say.

Great bank, amazing service. My only wish is that y'all enabled Face ID on your mobile app. Just deposited a check and the teller named Leslie quickly deposited my check and even sent a dog treat with the confirmation statement for my furry pal OKI. Thanks Leslie!

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. We had several accounts at this branch. One night during the blizzard this past winter my husband walked thru the bank property on his way to work. As he passed, the sprinklers suddenly turned on. The next morning I called to ask why the ran sprinklers just to wet the snow. I was told someone would call. A week later I get a letter stating our accounts will be closed in under 30 days. Sure enough they closed them - 6 months later for "inactivity".

City Bank in Lubbock is the best bank I've ever dealt with. We moved to Seattle almost two years ago and couldn't bear to part with our bank, so we didn't. We still have our primary accounts through City Bank, and even across the country, they are incredibly nice and helpful every time we need anything. The APY rates are good and the benefits (like reimbursement at any ATM) are hard to beat. We plan to continue with this bank as long as possible!
