They are supposed to be open until 12 pm!!!! I got there at1155 had there lobby doors closed . I knocked several times and they pretended not to hear. I needed a DEBIT CARD. Then I went thru the drive thru and still they “said they couldn’t make me a debit card . THIS LOCATION is BS

Don’t go to Cole he makes up random accusations and puts his personal opinions into your problems with the bank. Honestly surprised he’s employed here. Higher ups need to check this dude out.

I won’t be going to this location ever again rude ladies that just chat it up but have very little interest in doing their jobs . Had to go to the main location to get a check deposited I should have been able to do at the 82nd st location but they wanted to chat and not have to call another bank .

I was looking to refinance an investment property when an investor friend on mine recommended me City bank. So, I went to their website and applied for a loan.
I can honestly say I had a great experience during my home loan process. Bob Rowten at Citi Bank explained the process and guided me through it. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind & patient. He helped me get a fair rate at the current market rates. I would definitely recommend City bank for anyone looking for a home loan.

I've been a customer of City Bank for many years and I have never had anything but great service from them. Whether it's the drive up window or inside or talking to them by phone, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's so nice to know there are still friendly, helpful businesses who care about their customers.

my account was overdrawn by .3cents and they charged me a over draft fee, mind you I e been a customer with them for 4 years. Don't put your money wheeee they don't get a darn about you.

We used Bob Rowten as our Mortgage Consultant during the process of buying our first home and I will recommend him to everyone I know. I had many questions about the entire process and Bob answered all of my question and really took all of the stress off of us. I am usually not one to write reviews BUT if I could give the Bob Rowten Team more than 5 stars I definitely would! I was not a first time mortgage applicant so I had some what of experience in this area & I will tell you that this application ride was so smooth it was almost unbelievable! Mind you, I lived about 5 or so hours away and Bob was able to work with me despite the distance! A few review words can not explain how thankful I am my realtor Miran Faulks recommended Bob Rowten! I know everyone's experience can be quite different depending on different circumstances, but I highly recommend you look into City Bank when you are looking for a mortgage loan because they will not disappoint you! I haven't quite found my dream home yet, but when I do I'm definitely coming back to City Bank and looking for Bob's team! Thanks Bob for a great experience!
