Very rude the 2 girls working there one sitting on her behind the other one complaining about nobody buys the zodiac sign jewelry. Didn't even acknowledge me so I didn't buy anything I just left. Maybe Claire's needs to find new employees who actually like there job

Today, 5/5/2023, I purchased at 11415 Quaker Avenue, 24 items ($137.88) which included two different Astepro allergy nose spray, 60 sprays & 120 sprays. I gave the lady at #16 register two coupons for the two nose sprays, $4.00 and $8.00 for respective sprays. She said she would enter these after checking all items. It didn't happen. When I checked my receipt when I got home, I saw she did not apply the coupons. In less than 30 minutes I returned to the store, but the lady had left the store. I talked to about three employees for help. They looked for the coupons but could not find them, but they had on camera seeing she placed them in a trash can wrinkled up. Not sure why they did not contact the lady checker for help. So, my drive of three miles back to the store and return home in heavy traffic did not accomplish anything. Walmart just lost two customers as we will never return to a Walmart store, and we normally would spend $100 to nearly $200 each time we purchased items. We are senior citizens who have for many years purchased our groceries and health care products at Walmart. We now cannot trust Walmart. Walmart has definitely gone down the toilet in the past few years. They treat customers poorly and people having to occasionally check themselves out is terrible and has not saved consumers any money. I have friends saying they will not go back to Walmart. I can see why. Walmart "SUCKS."

This Walmart sucks. Do not recommend especially early access for Black Friday. We checked at the pickup for a tv we purchased at 7:20, we were waiting for an hour. So eventually we called and asked when it'd be ready. They informed us they close pick up Black Friday at 8pm. We explain we checked in before and waited. They told us they were closed and couldn't do anything. If they were going to "close" an hour early they should've notified us in app. Lazy. Never again.

i couldn't find the correct wal mart on the map but I'm thinking they may use one security company and it is Alliance.... the Security guard i am talking about has last name Nobles.... he was eerily following a group of young ladies and was waiting outside the dressing area .... these girls were unaccompanied and didn't seem to notice ....i told them to be aware and they said yes they had noticed.... i tried to talk to management but no one seemed interested ....but if you are reading this i don't think this person is a "security" worthy person !!!! Beware this was the 4th and Frankford location Lubbock Tx

Everything about this location gave me the creeps. I was parked out front making a short list before I went inside and there were some older guys just sitting in the parking lot. Unsettling to say the least, and there was a street sweeper that was "cleaning" the parking for at least 15 minutes straight. Making sure to loop by my vehicle which was the only one with a person inside. He kept staring at me every time he drove by, I'm all set I don't need anything that badly. I decided it was smart to trust my instincts cat and leave. It's not the staff directly but what's happening outside in the lot that's concerning.

Within the past 6 months I've bought at least 3 products with a bad expiration date. And not just chips or something like that... it's like meat and dairy products. Last week (august), I bought a tub of greek yogurt and I got extremely sick. I look at the expiration date and it expired MAY 2021!!! WTF?? I know you can eat yogurt a little past expiration dates but that is 3 MONTHS past the date.. why would they put it on the shelves??? Waste of money on yogurt AND waste of money going to the doctor. Check the dates.

So we wait to scan and go. Finally our turn get to register it is cash only. Can't they put up a visible sign before you get there???? So we have to get back in line. But still don't know which ones take cards until you get there. Hey Walmart you have signs everywhere why not here??????

Everytime I come to this Walmart.. it's been a problem. Didn't even get to shop this time. Walked in... no carts. Asked a Walmart associate about the carts. He said "you can either wait right here until they bring them in or go out and get one from the parking lot". I took the 3rd choice... I drove to United. I'm done giving Walmart my money.
