John looked at a vintage watch I had to verify authenticity and also replaced the batteries of two other watches. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good prices and quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend utilizing their services.

Would take business elsewhere. Repaired watch once, broke again in same manner in less than a month. Was told would not do warranty work and basically got called a liar while explaining.

This is a great place. The people are very knowledgeable. They are efficient. While they don't take debit/credit cards, they have lower prices along with service--especially for delicate watches.
I went to get my car-key battery replaced. I did not realize that there were two batteries. I had only $20. The gentleman comped me the $5.
It's a fantastic way to start the day.

I've come in to get my watched resized, and most recently to replace my battery (I didn't have the tool to remove the back). Kevin has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I hightly recommend this place for any and all your time needs!
