I've come in to get my watched resized, and most recently to replace my battery (I didn't have the tool to remove the back). Kevin has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I hightly recommend this place for any and all your time needs!

This is the place for all of our watch and clock repairs! I love my wrist watches and the Doc has fixed faces, batteries, bands, closures, and crystals for me. Always fast and friendly.

Took my cuckoo clock in for music function repair back in February. In May I got it back. It worked for two months. Then I took it back in , July. After 5 months this Dec ,yesterday to be exact I picked it up. Keep in mind it wasn’t fixed. I Had To Call Them to check on it. Could’nt fix it. So I waited on them to call me. Never happened! I had to call them. Isn’t their motto If it ticks we can fix. Also came back with the cuckoo door at the top not shutting. My money should be refunded! AVOID this PLACE.Should report to the BBB.

Took my cuckoo clock in for repairs to the musical function. I took it in in Feb and got it back in May. It worked for one month. Then I took it back in ,in July. After 5 months this Dec I Called Them about it. It wasn't fixed so I had him but it back together so I could pick it up. Said they would call in a few days when done .Never called,I called them and it was done. The cuckoo bird door was not broken when I took it in, it won't stay shut now. Totally rip off. They should give me my $ back. Over all this time never once did they ever call me. AVIOD the place. Should be turned in the B .B.B.

Brought in my Howard Miller mantel clock for a cleaning. Their services were much quicker than I expected. They did an excellent job and it’s working like new. Very happy with them! They also polished the clock after the cleaning and it looks awesome!! They are definitely my go to for any clock repairs.

Came in for a new spring rod and battery and it was done in less than 5 minutes. In the end it was $20 and it was worth it. Great people. Would recommend

I had no idea... I'm sorry. Recently had the pleasure of using a parking place at Clock Doc. I was unaware these parking spaces belonged to them. I had an allegation next door and was unable to find a parking spot there. They informed me by leaving a nice letter under my wiper blade. Im from DFW area and they could have, just a easily had my truck towed. I writing this review to say thank you for the heads up! I really appreciate it!

This place is terrible , never go here to get a watch fixed. John the owner was a complete scumbag and he wasn’t helpful at all. I called over the phone to get a price got there and the price was $137 more than what he said.

I've had several repairs done at Clock Doc. They're fast, fair and very knowledgeable. This is the only place I will take my clocks for repair, and I have to drive 200 miles round trip to do it, but they're worth it.
