Joe and his team are fast, efficient, accurate with not only repair estimates but also time estimates, they are super communicative about what’s happening with your repair, knowledgeable with any questions you have, and most of all, kind and friendly. They are fantastic and while I hope not to have to use their service again, I won’t use anyone else if I need that service. I cannot say enough good things about Crash Champions, Joe and his team. Thank you so very much!

During a time when appearantly about 40,000 vehicles in Lubbock needed hail damage repair, I had the misfortune of getting caught in a hail storm in Colorado Springs. Crash Champions is a preferred provider for my insurance company. They were friendly and coordinated well with my insurance. They kept me posted on the progress and any delays. Their work is guaranteed for as long g as I own my vehicle. Definitely recommend. Great job, Crash Champions.

Joe was great to work with. My insurance company (StateFarm) recommended them. I had gotten two more quotes from other companies but went with Crash Champions as they had better reviews. Took my car in and Joe gave me a fair price on the work. I took my car in and in 5 days, I got a call that it was ready. Upon inspection of my car Joe walked me through to insure I was happy with the work. The job was done well and didn’t look like any work was done on it ( that’s how good it was).
