I have been going here for the last several years and have gotten great service. Today I went at 11:30a to get one shirt and one pair of pants pressed and starched for a funeral tomorrow with their same day guarantee until 1p. I was told because of the pandemic their behind?
Update- wanted to add the owner did call to apologize and to make things right. If a business operator will be accountable and do what they can for the customer, I will be back. Thanks Ron

This is a good spot they go the extra mile and their same day service is great. I drove from east of Lubbock and pass every other dry cleaner to use them.

Rude employment, lady with short black hair kept giving dirty looks. Her name seemed to be Mary Ann. I even heard her being rude to an employee & other customers, just overall rude.

I spilled candle wax on a curtain, and took the set in hoping Comet could get the wax stain out. It was white wax on a white curtain so it wasn't as bad as it might have been otherwise. I dropped them off on Friday and they said to pick them up Tuesday. I asked when I picked them up if the stain had come out and the lady didn't know, so I had to wait until I got them home and unfolded them to find out that the stain looked the same as before. I understand not all stains can be removed but I feel like I got overcharged considering there was still a chunk of dried wax on the hem of the curtain when I got them home. I essentially paid $43 for a plastic bag and 2 wire hangers. I think they should have notes on orders so they can at least tell you when you pick up your items if there were any stains they weren't able to get out.Update: I took the panel back in after talking to Ron and they got the stain out like it was never there, at no additional charge. Thank you!

Unethical practices - dropped off a white striped sweater with zero stains, picked it up discolored with stains. Apparently they think they can just add a "Special Attention" tag when they destroy something to CYA. Lost our business and will be reported to BBB for unethical business practices.

There is a reason Comet Cleaners is the leader in dry cleaning and laundry services in Lubbock! The customer service is 5 star every time. The drive through makes pick up/drop off very convenient on a busy schedule. I have had multiple items dry cleaned and laundered here and have been impressed with the quality every time. Wine stains, grass stains, marinara sauce…no problem! Lauren and her staff do an amazing job!
