CTSI has excellent service. They always make us feel like any IT issue is of high priority. Although we experience downtime infrequently, their response times for technical assistance are quick, making it minimal and painless.

We have used CTSI for their monitoring services for years and have been very pleased with their work. They are quick to help fix any of our IT needs. We don't have the budget to staff for an IT guy so they are a great value to us for the services we use. We've been customers for over 8 years and have enjoyed their hard work to make our IT problems go away quickly.

We are a long standing client of CTSI. They have helped us manage all of our IT needs with service, support, new product solutions, and server management. What sets them apart is their willingness to find solutions and products that work for you, not just trying to make you fit their service. Everyone talks about friendly service and professionalism but CTSI has shown that they add integrity to that by standing behind what they say, offering solutions and then customizing them to our needs. Probably the “One Thing” that really sets CTSI apart from other IT solutions was that when we called needing help, they come and come quickly! They really understand the importance of making sure your business does not have “Down Time!”

We have used CTSI for almost ten years. When we have any technical problems, I call CTSI and a technician promptly calls me to get us up and running. If our problem can't be fixed remotely, CTSI comes to town to fix our issues. Our last two new workstations were set up by CTSI. I feel so comfortable with our system knowing we have CTSI for support.
