Love this place. State of the art equipment. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Water aerobics have become a big part of my life. Highly recommend for any level of fitness needs.

I joined this gym to get away from the crunch and planet fitness crowd . I love it here . The atmosphere is great , it’s never super busy , and the staff are very friendly .

I know a few other gyms in town but this one is my favorite one. The monthly fee swings from $30 to $60 depending if you are a covenant employee or not. Usually they are not full and machines are always available for you. My favorite place is the racket ball court which is a state of the art technology. They have a swimming pool as well.

Very good atmosphere. They have a. swimming pool and a great workout facility. Rooms for stretching.& classes. Overall great - 5 star.

Best gym in Lubbock and supper affordable! Heated pool, sauna, a huge workout floor, and so much more. The staff is awesome as well!

After a particularly unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, we have been overwhelmingly pleased with the courtesy and kindness of the rest of the staff, especially Abby and Janie, who is the physical therapy office person. The facility is super nice with an outdoor track and a tiny indoor one as well. They have all kinds of nice cardio machines, free weights and weight machines, group classes and a warm water pool. There is also physical therapy and cardiac rehab. We've just joined as members and I am also doing my physical therapy there, where Robert the therapist is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for the excellent medical care that you gave my husband during his stay there. YOU SAVED HIS LIFE and I will be forever grateful for that. You care and it shows from the emergency department to the nurses and doctors aides housekeeping and cafeteria staff everyone has been so nice and kind to us.You have cared for us,feed us and prayed for us the crew at South Tower 8th Floor are awesome Danielle Rodriguez was so kind to us when we first arrived she even paid for my tray she is awesome. Christine, Megan,and Cherrisse have been willing to help us every step of the way with anything that was needed. We drove 3 hours to get medical care here.What a blessing this hospital has been to us and the community!! Covenant Health Lubbock Cares ❤❤❤❤

They had their go, but not today. This place is about as run down and grimy as it gets. Non medical personnel are well below average, rude, and are nearly incompetent. There is a 95% chance when you arrive there will be no where to park, so you might as well just leave your car at home and walk. They are also on board with forcing you to wear a muzzle inside like a rabid animal. Certain areas will kick you out for having a child under 18 with you because of the corona virus, which makes zero sense. Do yourself a favor and go to UMC instead. 0/10
