Had a low tire this morning, stopped by for air which is free btw, and the technician, Shorty, he found an issue with the tire right away and helped me get a used tire set up and put on in less than 15min! I wasn't even done dropping kids off for school and didn't even have time to freak out cause service was so quick. this was definitely a big help to get a quick fix and get me back on the road ASAP. Friendly and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

I'll never take my car anywhere else for tire needs. They patched three holes in my tire for 8 bucks and it didn't take them very long to do it. I'm super impressed. Make sure you take your physical debit card; I tried to use tap pay and their machine wouldn't take it. Other than that very minor issue, I had a perfect experience getting my tires taken care of.

This tire shop is a blessing, you can trust them to take care of your wives and daughters. Several businesses I've encountered in Lubbock (brakes, oil changes, etc.) will tell women they need to purchase unnecessary extras because no man is present, not at Crest! on 34th Street!. I've lived in Lubbock nearly 5 years and this is the only shop I've used for tire repair. As a delivery driver I've encountered more nails and screws than most do. They always get me back on the road quick, with very affordable services. Shorty is a kind trustworthy man, very helpful and professional! Highly recommend!

I had a blow out the other day it was 10 minutes before they closed and I was clear across town and they waited for me and Renee got me in and out they saved me from having to leave my car stranded in a neighborhood. I’ve been going to them for years and they always show up and show out for me!

I would not recommend Crest Tires. They tightened my lug nuts way too tight, to the point where I couldn’t get my own tire off. Because of their mistake, I now have to pay a mechanic out of pocket just to fix the issue they caused. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I had bought my tire from here and there 6 months ago, then told her I had went to crest tires on 34th a month ago and that was the last place I went to before them. They were the last to tighten my lug nuts. Therefore this was their issue for tightening too much. This has nothing to do with my tire now, this has to do with the lug nuts. Supervisor tried blaming it on other tire place because thats where I bought my tire from. Which the tires and lug nuts are 2 different.
