Maria is the worst type of sales manager you could ever deal. With On top of her bad mouthing her boss in store and talking about how she doesn't like to be micromanaged. Probably wouldn't need micromanaging if you knew how to do your job. Didn't explain anything to my wife when a new line was added. We paid 306 for the phone activation fee insurance and plan. Only to wake up and still owe $80. On top of the phones being suspended.

I went into this store this morning to see about replacing a faulty phone that I purchased on 1/20/24. The sales rep was EXTREMELY rude to me and would not offer any help. The phone I purchased was the Cricket Magic 5G and it was working just fine last night. It was at 38% when I went to bed and in the morning, I figured it was dead so I went to plug it in and nothing! I even switched up the cord, box and wall outlet to see if those were faulty and nothing. The sales rep at the store plugged it in as well and saw it wasn't working but acted as though I broke my own phone! So after work today, I initiated a chat with Cricket wireless and they gave me the information to contact the warranty department and said I should be able to get a replacement with no problem so why didn't the sales rep on Slide Road even mention this to me??? In fact, she even told me that the warranty at Cricket was so vague that they wouldn't be able to help me either. Save your money and go somewhere else or at least avoid this store!!

Purchased a phone there said they call me back to finish setting up my free HBO and phone and they would email and txt my receipt they haven't up to now said they call me back when I called they never did .

Well, I had so much good things to talk about the sales rep Jonathan when I bought my iPhone 11 when I filled out the survey through text, when I purchased my phone, I bought an extra charger and also the tempered glass which he applied for me. It hasn’t been very long at least over two weeks and now the tempered glass looks like it wants to come off. I just finished calling him today 1/25/23 at 12:40 pm I was hoping he would replace the glass with no charge. However, he was quick to charge me for another one. Maybe I’m being picky however, in my line of work if we do the job and it’s not done correctly, we correct it without charging the customer I still love my phone just not very pleased with the tempered glass that I paid for which he installed for me, maybe I should’ve done it myself SMH

The lady there thst help me with a new sim. Hand down best customer service I wasn't getting 5g on my s22 ultra switch my sim card and now I am getting it what I paid for
