If I could give negative stars, I would. We weren't greeted by the girl who was there, as she was helping another customer. However, she did stop her business with him long enough to take a personal call on her own cellphone. We waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, then left. (Oddly, a loud beep sounded every 15 seconds...no idea what that was, other than annoying) Steer clear of this location if you need anything from Cricket!

Reyna and the other employee were super helpful and very patient. I received awesome customer service buying an iPhone 13 Max Pro. Definitely recommend this location!!

I went to this location this morning i was about 3 minutes before they opened so i waited until 10:10 and no one was still there. I then left to run some other errands and got back at 10:30. They seemed to have just barely got there because they were counting the money. I asked about a new phone and the prices were high for what you got so i asked for my account number to switch services. the guy fumbled with the computer then got a cell phone call went to the back for about 5 minutes came back and fumbled with the computer again for awhile. At this point I was getting very impatient and asked if they were able to get me the account number. He said I'm still trying to sign in... this was now at 10:45... 45 minutes after they were supposed to open. All this kind of stuff should have been taken care of before the store opened at 10. It's no wonder they have a 1 star yelp review .

Jose was great at helping us make our decision on our phones and working to get our accounts switched over when our other carrier was trying to be difficult! Very nice and friendly and was fully informed on the products and deals. Got us the best deal available! He's at the university location! Def go see Jose!
