So tired of walking into stores and being ignored. My family of 5 came here to upgrade our phones and we didn’t even get acknowledged. Stayed there for about 20 minutes didn’t even get a hello.
Had to waste gas and go to a different store. This is ridiculous

Customer service sucked. Went in there 10 days ago added a line to my account and was told that my billing cycle date was changed and woke up this morning to no service on my phones and them wanting 90.00 to turn them back on. It should have been paid til the 13th of October

Stephanie at the 3106 50th store in Lubbock was absolutely the most helpful young lady. It was refreshing to find a young girl in this day and age that actually truly knew her job, was Very knowledgeable, so sweet, and fun. She’s the reason I switched our business mobile phones to Cricket from Verizon. The cell service has been really good so far as well.

The manager cracked my screen protector while installing it and when i showed her the cracks she got all mad saying she didn't break my phone and next time she won't put it on for me. I've been with Cricket for 5 years and am switching services due to this encounter.
