If I could give it a lower than zero I would. Why on earth would anyone want to make their payment in the store? Well I had cash and it was close by. But low and behold they charge a customer assistance fee to take your payment. Yes a $4.00 charge to give them money. Thats theivery! I could understand if they were helping me with an actual service. But NO just taking my payment. Talk about theives. Just my opinion though.

Bobbie V helped us and she was absolutely wonderful! She helped us walking in 30 mins until closing and was still super sweet and helpful. Great customer service and even the girl leaving was super friendly. Definitely recommending her to all my friends!!

Store has went downhill since that dude Johnathon left absolutely zero customer service skills and manager tried to charge me 3 activation fees wouldn't recommend miss when that guy was there

Experience and customer service are the worst ever. Two payments were made from my son's checking account and yet never posted to his Cricket account resulting in lost service. He was told to go to one of the cricket stores who told us they couldn't help.

Absolutely the worst store to deal with! Was told activation fee would be waived with the purchase of a case but paid for both. Rep that was there argued with me for 20 minutes that I didn't pay it. When showed the reciept he continued to argue with me. I will not be back to this location. Not to mention that I got screwed out of money because I did not get any kind of refund or credit at all!

Phones were so high. After I asked the employee why if I had just seen same phone at Best Buy for half the cost. She then advised it be better to buy elsewhere as they Jack up the price just because they activate when customer can activate on their own saving alot of money. Go figure. That's coming from an employee. I did just that.
