While the storage was in need of upgrades for security ( which was addressed), the Manager Rikky could not have been more professional. He listened to my concerns and had an answer on them immediately. He is a true asset in a time when that may be difficult to find. He made the difference in a positive, or negative experience. I was in my unit for over a year. I would consider renting again, due to his assistance and willingness to help.

Storage was broken into less than 24 hours of moving things in. They do not respond or get back in touch once this happens. LPD couldn’t even reach them. Very shady business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We visited my unit at night to put household goods into storage, the light switch is broken,so probably no electricity. One side of the unit lock system was cut off so I can't use 2 locks to store my furniture when it gets here. Not happy.

Just became a new tenant I heard they auction off people's belongings that have not paid their rent it's good idea business wise although it must suck for the renters pay your bills on time

Poorly maintained facility. Showed to be open online,when I arrived I was notified staff was off that day.(Saturday) I wouldn’t feel safe keeping my stuff there. So I declined and found another storage unit across town well worth a few extra bucks.

There is a steady flow of break ins. In the last month 4 times. I thought they had some sort of security I guess not on the side my units are on.ive had to replace my locks one more time and I have just done this last week.

I am just moving in, I give 2 stars because they won’t do price comparison like all the other facilities I just needed a 24hr one. Bummer. Plus you still get a free trailer to use for 24 hrs at all other places I’ve talked to so that sucks.
