I guess new employee with red hair. A customer upset her, but she gave me the attitude. I did nothing. I was just next in line. I am getting punished cause they are not attending to me.

I've used this pharmacy for years. Not sure what's happening but I have to wait an hour for my prescriptions and, most distressingly, the new pharmacist just is not kind. The entire wait seems almost punitive, especially for pain medication I need. Impossibly bad service.

I'm not usually one to do reviews but EVERY single time I go to this particular CVS the employees are SO RUDE. If your ever needing a reason to be pissed off just visit this CVS. Sadly this is the ONLY CVS in Lubbock or store in general that I have experienced the nastiest attitudes from. I have tried giving this place chance after chance to change my thoughts but the staff is terrible. Management is worst. 0/10 don't recommend.

Waited on hold for 20min and when I drove up there I was told. They were out of my medication and I was out of luck. Very unprofessional and don't understand how they keep there jobs

Been on hold for 30 minutes just waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy. I'm not driving all the way to the city if my meds are not ready.

Worst pharmacy I have been to. I miss our old CVS on Memphis. They treated everyone like family and were so attentive. This pharmacy needed even acknowledge that I was there, and I was the only one in the store. The prescription took forever and then there was a mixup. I was not asked if I had any questions and the pharmacist did not give any consultation even though the prescription required it. I will not be back.

This CVS is extremely unprofessional, disorganized and rude. We (my husband and I) had our 2nd covid shot scheduled for a month. When we received our first shot I asked about the scheduled follow-up because it was on Easter. I was assured it was correct. When we arrived we were told it was a last minute decision that the pharmacy wouldn't open until noon. Our appointment was at 11 am. We were told to return at noon. We left and came back at noon. We find a crowd of people waiting in the front of the store near the check-in table. They had just been told that the shots would not be started for another 30 minutes. Shortly after we arrived another employee came and told it would be 12:45 before anyone would be there to administer the vaccine. We were told by the employee that we needed to go wait in our cars. When some of us pushed back she seemed to be blaming us for the problem and told us "I can't have you hanging around in the front of the store". None of us wanted to leave and take a chance on surrendering our entire Easter waiting on this disorganized store to get their stuff together. When people pressed her on what had happened she was defensive and rude and just turned around and walked away while people were still talking to her. We eventually formed a line (suggested by a fellow customer - not a CVS employee). Another fellow customer brought a chair for an elderly woman to sit in. Meanwhile the store staff ignored the mass of people waiting. The store employees blamed corporate CVS several time. I assume that if corporate CVS knows who's got an appointment the store itself must know too. I had received multiple emails reminding me of my scheduled appointment for the week leading up to it. At no time was I notified of the change in schedule. It was a terrible experience and the store and district managers should be ashamed of the way this was handled.

Been trying to get a medication transferred from one pharmacy to this one for at least 4 days now. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the first guy I talked to was nice, and called me back to tell me they couldn't get ahold of the other pharmacy the first day I called. I just called back to check on things and they didn't have it. Then when I was told they'd get my info to call the pharmacy, again, the lady hung up on me. Not cool, going elsewhere.

I ALWAYS have problems refilling prescriptions at this CVS! HUGE lack of communication & customer service!!!!! VERY unhappy!!!! They don't keep you informed on a problem until the last minute. I've used this pharmacy for several years. I will DEFINITELY be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens today!!!! I've been told other customers have experienced the same problems!!!!!!

Bought some face masks that looked good, Texas flag. Said: \\\" Don't mess with Texas\\\". Got home, opened them up, and guess where they came from? China! Really? CVS should be ashamed.

I am consistently unimpressed with their service. They are so slow. See very unprepared. I wait 15-20 minutes in line EVERY TIME I go. If CVS wasn’t the exclusive pharmacy on the insurance plan I would not use them.
