If you are seeking a Pharmacy that consistently underperforms, directly lies about having orders in their system, shows ineptitude at each level of leadership, and in general provides a new error or issue virtually every order - than look no further!!! This place is our own personal fifth circle of hell. From unfriendly and uncaring pharmacists: you can expect to find missing meds, orders placed in hold, and personal blame lobbed on you as a customer for missing med information they sent to a wrong numbers that I’ve tried to change in their system for half a decade. The fact they have accused dozens of doctors office in town of not submitting documents / orders only for the pharmacist begrudgingly looking again after being confronted with the doctor is an abysmal excuse for the service they claim to provide.
I am truly sorry for anyone assigned to this clown show by your employer health plan!

Worst pharmacy ever. I just had surgery on my elbow and had a prescription filled at 10am. After trying to contact them several times they call me 9 minutes before closing (8pm) and tell me they can not fulfill my prescription. Now I am sitting in pain until i have to come into the store personally to sort it out.

I went to pick up 4 prescriptions from the pharmacy here. I spoke to Brooke, who at first told me quite rudely that she did not have my prescriptions, and told me I was at the wrong place. After realizing she was wrong, she did not apologize to me. She then went to get my prescriptions and could only find 2. It took her several minutes to locate my prescriptions. I was supposed to have a 5th prescription that she said wasn’t there, and normally this would be okay, but considering the amount of times she was wrong prior, I don’t believe that she even cared to help me. I will NEVER be back here. Brooke should be fired.

It is amazing to me that I waited at the front of the store to check out for 5 minutes and no one shows up. Then when I found someone they don’t say they are sorry for the wait. Anything. Management needs more training.
