I am so very aided with the way this pharmacy has treated me in regards to my child’s medication. It is always an issue with them and the pharmacist whatever his name is unfortunately I did not get his. May is always very rude. Not only did he leave me on hold today for 40 minutes, and then hand up, he also said to me hold on without any response. He did not retrieve any information from me. He does not know why I was calling. He was just extremely rude. This is the fifth time I’ve entered his hatred. And this was one of the nicer experiences I’ve had with him.

I’ve been going here for my prescriptions for a couple years and the head pharmacy woman is EXTREMELY short and rude, I hate saying that but it bothered me so much that I’m typing this review on a Saturday. Over things that are trivial, I had a prescription that I needed to pick up yesterday and I understand things happen and I understand that working in a pharmacy can be stressful but no excuse to have a belittling tone and she didn’t have her stuff together today!!!

I think the cvs staff is perfectly fine, whenever I go to get medicine it’s matched correctly and on time so I have no issues with it. It’s also very conveniently placed and has a lot of things I look for when i go there.

This is THE WORST CVS in Lubbock. My prescription was set to be ready at 1:30 today. I came after work to pick it up (6ish). There was a line in the drive thru so I went inside. There was a line forming there too. Only one pharmacist and one Tech at the store. My prescription wasn’t ready. I was told it wouldn’t be ready today because they were too busy. I said I needed it today and asked if they could transfer it. They said no but they could put it on pause so I was able to pick it up at a different CVS. I went to 3 CVS across town before I found one that had the medication in stock. Unfortunately, even there, they couldn’t even fill my prescription because this pharmacy had never put it on pause. The pharmacist and pharmacist Tech at that CVS tried calling this CVS to ask them to pause the prescription and were on hold for 30 minutes. I drove back to this CVS and was finally, after an hour and a half of driving around the town like a crazy person, able to get my medication. ThNEVER coming back here. Their pharmacy is majorly understaffed

This place seriously has the rudest customer service ever! If you don’t like engaging with customers don’t be in this industry. Seriously! Basically thrown my prescription at me and walked away. No thank you have a good day. Awful!

Heads up: They do not offer Covid testing anymore. Which is fine but they really need to update their website to reflect that. They were also kind of rude about it.

This pharmacy is AWFUL!!My daughter got prescribed a few different things and they gave me the wrong things!!! Then when I came to get it fixed they were completely rude and still couldn’t figure out the issue. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! We have used it for years since we live close and I’d rather drive hours to a different one vs come here again. They put my 17months olds health at risk because they don’t know how to follow correct orders.

Literally the WORST pharmacy ever. 3 days to fill a prescription! They say it will be ready at a certain time, then it never is. They keep pushing it back. And to send a notification that tells you to indicate if you need your prescription urgently. And I do so, then the estimate pick up time is pushed back a day! Just the worst.

One star doesn't even explain. Pharmacy is closed more than it's open. People working cannot even let you when they will reopen pharmacy. Meanwhile my prescription sits at that store. Everyday I get a text that my prescription is ready. The pharmacist when they are open are rude and snotty. I wouldn't refer Sadaam Husain to this store as it would be considered crude and usual punishment

I have awful experience after awful experience. The pharmacy techs have no idea what’s going on. Nobody likes to answer the phone and above that I’ve driven across town for a prescription that I was told by the CVS system was ready that turned out not to be ready until 3 days later. They should take lessons from Chick Fil A on how to get things done. Also just because they are busy doesn’t give them an excuse to do whatever they want

This used to be the best pharmacy in my area, fast and efficient, the last thing someone sick or in pain wants to hear when picking up a prescription is can u come back in 20 min, my rx was sent over at 5 pm I went the next morning to get it. Rude ppl, slow ppl cvs can do much better then this bec I’ve seen it!!!!
