Absolutely horrible customer service skills on behalf of the pharmacy manager, John. He really should not be in a medical position or even a regular customer facing one. Seems like the other reviews have been written about this same issue with him.

The drive-thru is broken so everyone MUST go inside. It exposes people to everything and the pharmacy cannot keep up.

On 8/12/2022 @ 0745, Pharmacist needs better Customer Service skills. I called several times throughout the early morning (3 AM) to speak with a Pharmacist, and no answer. He said he's been hear all night and the phone didn't ring. Another lady told me the the phone system shuts down after 2AM. If this is a 24 HR Pharmacy, why would the phone system shutdown?

If you're going through the drive thru be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes waiting... doesn't matter the time of day or how many people are in line. If your time is important to you, try another location. If it's not, they will probably have what you need it will just take forever

Again over half hour at the drive thru. Inside the store it’s fine but the drive thru well forget it.

Drive through is usually busy, but getting faster. If there is not a wait, very fast. Staff is friendly and quick to help. I give it an A+.

Perscription promised at 7 went at 7:20 waited at the window in the drive thru 10min before they came to the window which they saw me Technician told me is want ready it would be 15 min. Came back then he tells me computers went down which they were working on them. I told him I will sit here in the drive thru till it's filled total time 45 min. I also called CVS 800 number all they did was they kept on trantransfering me from agent to another 30 min then they hung up

Every time I have requested refills that always have an excuse as to why they filled the wrong dosage or quantity. Usually takes 2 or 3 trips to get everything.now looking for a new pharmacy

Always a good experience in the store. Good customer service. The drive thru pharmacy is ridiculous. I've waited 10+ minutes just to pick up a prescription that was already ready. Very slow, just go inside.
