We really appreciate Dement Lighting. They are always on top of items we need for our personal house and rentals/investments. We also have clients who flip or update houses for rentals and we always recommend Dru and Dement lighting. They are responsive and knowledable. Everytime I call and need something they are on top of it. They are so great and we wouldn't do business with anyone else! This beautiful chandlier was recommended by Dru at Dement!

Crystal was WONDERFUL! We had a budget and our choices (in total) were over what that was. She was so helpful and showed us other options to make it all work. I was absolutely IN LOVE with certain light fixtures and told her that I would be willing to sacrifice them, but she knew how much I loved them and found other ways to help me keep what I love!

We bought a brand new house with fans that had defective lighting. One light was replaced under warranty, the other was replaced out of warranty because Dement recognized the issue, dealt with the manufacturer and made it right. Not only did they replace the light module, they also provided two extra new light modules given the know defect, and that I had two other fans with the same light in the house. The cost of each light module is approximately $125, from the manufacturer, for reference.A+++ on service. Thank you, Steve!! Support local especially when the customer service is this exceptional.

Crystal at Dement Lighting helped me pick out my entire house. She has awesome vision and doesn’t even charge extra to help design! Their prices were great and she even helped pick similar options that saved me even more money. They are good at what they do!

Not impressed. We came in a few weeks ago to look for ceiling fans and lanterns for a metal building. A man approached us and said "What do y'all need?" He immediately realized the Ineffective greeting and rephrased his inquiry into what we were looking for. We explained what we were looking for and learned his name was Dru. We asked a lot of questions, to which he didn't know the answer to many. We got a few printouts of product we were interested in ordering. This included two $500 fans and a $3,000 industrial fan for a shop. Dru states he would contact Big Air about the larger fan as they didn't have an account with that vendor. He also stated he would come out the following week to assess our lighting needs under the shop's patio. Keep exchanged cell phone numbers. I texted him twice and never heard back. Went with Amazon. So much for supporting small, local businesses.

I stopped in to shop for new light fixtures for our home before ordering online. I walked around the tiny showroom for about 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged I had walked in. There were at least 5 employees visible pretending to be busy without face coverings despite the sign on the door stating one must be worn to enter. With customer service like this, it makes it difficult to support businesses with local employees. I will never purchase a single item from them.
