My experience at Depot Auto Sales was fantastic, thanks to the amazing service from our sales associate, Emma. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Emma! A huge thank you to our sales associate, Emma, who was the highlight of the experience. She was attentive, never pushy, and had expert knowledge of the inventory. I found the perfect vehicle and was happy with my purchase.

Worst service ever. I felt scammed and mislead, I constantly told the salesman I could not meet his requirements and he still insisted on giving me a “deal” only for it to backfire on me after making a purchase. They added more charges on my “deal” after I made a payment. Then took the car in less than 10 days. And charged me $600 repo fee but never stated those fees in the paperwork. I never got all my documents I signed. This place is a scam.

Make sure Go to JOE!! He was VERY helpful and patient and helped me pick out my first car!! 10/10 recommended!!!
Also wanted to add that they are very helpful whenever it comes customer service and i do appreciate the effort and hard work! Definitely will be coming back for any auto purchases!

I wouldn't even purchase a car from this man ... he's literally arguing with anyone that speaks truth on his business.... very unprofessional... and they charge u for a repo fee when all they do is have a spare key nd steal the car back ......

My husband and I bought a 2010 Lincoln Navigator here. Car ran fine at first but after a couple days it started running weird and the ac went out, they also said they detailed it which was a lie they didn’t even touch the car before they sold it it was dirty and we found multiple things inside it (toys, headphones and a live snake!) also they overpriced the car it’s only worth 8k and they sold it for 13k. We put 2k down and then at signing informed us that we had to pay $600 for our first payment which would be the rest of our down payment. We took it to a mechanic and the work that needs to be done is $1400 for a “great car”. Asked the dealer to make this right, fix the car or give us our money back but they won’t they got what they wanted. Should’ve never bought from here and will never recommend this place to anyone.
