Absolute terrible customer services. Half of them don't even know what they are doing. They ordered a bow for my son and wouldn't let me return it! Why would my son wear a hairbow!

This is a business that is all about monies. We received the incorrect size on two skirts at the fault of the business and there is a 15% restocking fee. We Never received two jumpers. We have waited a year. When my mom checked 3 months after ordering they found order in files and inorder to get a refund or get something out of store there, again was a 15% restocking fee!Please find someone else to do business with!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is very poor!! I place an order for school uniform polo’s in July 2022. I literally just received them in December 2022!! I would call periodically call to check the status, all I would get was “the shirts are on back order”. 5 months after school has started I get the shirt today! I ask for a receipt when I picked up the shirt, and they couldn’t even provide me a receipt. ?Service: Commercial embroidery

I understand that shipping issues cannot be foreseen. However, if the company cannot produce for the schools that are REQUIRED to order uniforms from them, then there should be other options or at the very least - INFORM customers beforehand that it's going to take 6 months before you get your order.
