Great Service! I recently had a nail removal done at your store at 6306 82nd in Lubbock, Texas. Collin was my service manager. He was very friendly and got my flat fixed quickly, but later in the evening, I noticed the tire was losing air again faster than before. I made an appointment for today. Collin met me at the door asking, what's wrong? I told him, and I told him I was supposed to be on the road. He immediately got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed. He remembered me and took care of me.

Visited recently fully aware new tires were in the near future and hoping to source short term options.
Our goals / their goals could not have been further apart. The “results of their findings call” a few hours later were delivered in a very blunt and rude manner including questioning in a very sarcastic tone why they would waste their time rotating tires that clearly need to be replaced ( again, acknowledge by us in step 1) the whole interaction is best described as insulting and void of any customer service. Will not use Discount again after 15+ years of doing business with them

Micheal at the service counter was more than helpful with helping me fix my tire issue I'd definitely recommend using discount tire and speaking with him he was very knowledgeable with his industry thanks Micheal

I tried to stop in for a quick air check on my tires for the sensor. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. The guy that was running the air check line left to go help someone that wasn’t in the air check line during my wait there I wasn’t acknowledged by any employee running back-and-forth assurance that somebody would be there shortly to help me. The service at this location has gone downhill over the past years.

I have been a loyal customer for 40 plus years, and until today, I have been extremely pleased with the service and products. The only reason gave 1 star is that Andrew was extremely helpful and checked all the tread depths and explained that they were all within the green safe area. I had told Andrew that i wanted the new tire to be placed on the front driver's side, and the tire that was currently on the front driver's side moved to the driver's side rear. Since a front tire blowout is much more dangerous and could cause a roll over at highway speeds He said that it wasn't a problem. When I went to pick it up, the old tire was still on the front driver's side, and the new one was on the driver's side rear. When i asked why it was not done as i requested, the technician that actually did the work stated that the inside of the old tire was severely worn and that he couldn't rotate it. Which is BS! Andrew had checked it. I checked it, and it is fine. I figured he was just being lazy. I just didn't want to do what was asked! I'm not happy at all and may go with a new supplier when I replace the two older tires. I am extremely disappointed! I just noticed that on my receipt that the size they put on originally (4) tires and a warranty tire is supposedly the non factory size! Why would they ever put the wrong size tire on my vehicle and possibly endanger myself and my family? I was not aware of this, and they are supposed to be the experts! Well, I guess not! This is absolutely unacceptable! In addition, this is what I discovered when opening the back! The first one is what it looked like when I brought it in, and the second is how I found it after picking it up! I think the technicians name was Matt short stocky latino man. I have not received any correspondence to date! 10/13/24

It’s disappointing how poor the service has gotten at Discount tire over the years. I went in this morning to get a tire repaired (I picked up a sheet metal screw in my left front somewhere between the grocery store and the 1 mile trip back home). I asked the guy at the counter if they could also rotate and rebalance all four tires while I was here and they were working on it. I purchased the tires at this same location and bought all the road hazard warranty and all the other non sense they upsell you on. Apparently after 6 years and 60,000 miles of driving on these tires it’s not worth it to Discount Tore to rotate and rebalance the tires since they are past the manufacturer’s tread life warranty and still have plenty of tread left on the tire. And then the guy at the counter had the nerve to ask me if he could price out another set of tires for me. I’m not going to buy another set of tires from Discount if they can’t stand behind the services that were offered when I bought the tires; lifetime balancing and rotating.

Trash . Stop trying to rip people off . Trying to force people to pay 300$ for a new tire because you feel the tire is not fixable . Telling people once it's removed THEY HAVE TO PUT A NEW TIRE ON . Never will buy tires there ever again

The service is hit or miss depending on who you get. Went there to ask about few questions, the guy was super helpful. Came back a couple weeks later ready to make a purchase. The guy I got that time was a bit of a jerk or arrogant. I ended up not giving them my business.
