Amazing customer service. Quinten was super helpful and took the time to go over diagnostics and pricing with me. I had a problem with one of the new tires and they got me in the bay almost immediately and fixed the issue.

Lilly was very professional and enagimg. She was efficient but very friendly. I appreciated her suggestions and concern to get things right. Great store, good location. The staff is very kind and professional. They're usually busy but get to everyone as fast as they can. I've never felt taken advantage of as a single woman. I'm grateful for their help as I didn't have an appointment when I arrived in need of a repair or new tire.

Best new tire purchase experience ever. And I've been purchasing tires for 50 years. I originally was waited on by Jacob and he took my order. Got the tires exactly what I wanted. They needed a day or 2 to come in. I made a small deposit and set an appointment for 7:45 AM a few days later. When I arrived for my appointment I was waited on by Daniel and he got all the necessary information. Got the car pulled in the Bay. His team worked on my car while we finished up the paperwork. And no more than 5 minutes after we were done with the paperwork. My car was done pulled out and by the front door and the gentleman had the door open for me and said there you go. I was in and out in less the twenty minutes. I'm still blown away by how great of an experience this was and I even got a free cup of coffee in those 5 minutes I waited.

I Loved my experience here at this store!!! Nathan F. Is a Genuine Gentleman and representative, who knows how to treat a customer with True Value! Definitely would promote him if i could! The Discount Tire Team got me in and out faster than the time I was even told which was an hour or so. They beat there own time and got me out in less than 30mins. 10 out of 10 performance. Would definitely recommend!

carson took good care of me today. i told him i was on my lunch break from school and he got my flat fixed right away so i wouldn't have to come back at 5:30. and whenever i come by, he always walks out the door to meet me before i come in. yall do a good job. thank you

I came to this discount tire fairly optimistic that I would have a good experience considering I’ve had positive experiences in the past. It’s safe to say I should not have been optimistic about that. I came a few days ago to get my tires checked because my car was reading “low tire pressure” and my back right tire was displaying that there was an issue specifically with that tire. I go to get my tire check around 5:30, and I’m not sure if it was because this person was just ready to clock out or what but he was extremely dismissive. He checked the tires and said there was nothing wrong with them. I asked him if he checked the back right one because it was still reading there was something wrong and he said yes. My boyfriend comes back two days later and someone else tells him there actually was an issue and that they needed to patch the back right tire. It took about two hours to complete, and Nathan told him that we needed four new tires and that our tires only had three more weeks on the road before we would start hydroplaning which is a pretty crazy claim to make and would obviously concern us. We scheduled an appointment at another tire place after finding cheaper prices, and we drop off the car and they call us asking why we’re getting new tires and that our tires are in PERFECT condition. Seems like this salesman was just trying to get our money. It makes sense that our tires are brand new as well because we just got this car not too long ago from a dealership. Won’t go again

Spoon helped me out... he was patient and super helpful and helped me pick out the best tires for my Tessie so big Thanks to him... the tires look good but the front drive weights were straight JACKED so I will be returning for them to re do it because it doesn't look good. I have been a discount tire customer in the past and just moved to Morton . I called this morning and spoke to Jacob. I had a flat tire over the holiday weekend .. He was very kind informative and immediately put me at ease . I was not familiar with the area. I Was able to put air in my tire and hoped I could get to the store.
He said we’ll take care of you . Thankfully I made it to the store. Chris , who I found out afterwards is an assistant manager there was so helpful. Went to my car and checked all the tires . I love the new technology . Explained the different stages of wear and tear on the tire. I knew I was in good hands .
About 35 min later ( earlier than estimated time) they had taken care of my tire . Made the repair and explained what I needed to know about all of my tires . The wear that is left and I am able to know just about when to have my tires replaced . I can also bring it in once a month and they can check the air and my tires . I didn’t know that . I found Jacob and told him how much I appreciated him .
All in all I was very pleased. All the gentleman were kind respectful helpful oh and it cost me nothing to repair my tire . I highly recommend Discount tire . 5 star !
