So not only was the customer service horrible. An employee following me and my girlfriend around the store while we are shopping for sweets, legit got two things of wafers and went to look at ice cream. Then my girlfriend gets excited to see theres cheesecake, to which I say yeah go ahead and get it then she tells me its $8 dollar cheese cake, and its legit the size of my hand. We could totally go to walmart and get a cheesecake bigger, at a better price so I just said no its okay baby. Then we walk up to the front, and get checked out, I set down the wafers which is the only thing I grabbed, she then asks ‘the cheese cake? ‘ to which my girlfriend said ‘we didn’t get it.’ And I know this for a fact because there were two cheesecakes there and I can promise you theres two still there. The employee then proceeded to walk out of the front door and take a picture of my vehicles license plate. So after this of course I took offense and picked up my hoodie and my girlfriend did the same. Whats sad is the fact that I continued to argue with me when I processed to tell her I didn't steal. 1 why would I stay if i did steal? 2 why was it allowed for her to follow me outside and take a picture of my license plate. Then laugh at me ? Because I'm visibly upset bc you thought I had nothing better to do then steal a $8 dollar cheese cake. I hope she gets fired and deletes the picture of my license plate. I
dont think this is okay behavior for an employee.

Employees taking personal problems to work and not letting people shop so they tell you that you can't be there just because they don't like you cooperate needs to do something about this store location and besides this store is not organized or clean

It's a good place to find what you need but it's kinda needing someone like a security guard to watch over the store! Because while I was shopping there,there was a guy looking very hyper and suspicious ?? and it turned out that he walked out with some merchandise right in front of us customers and the manager this day LOL and she didn't do a darn thing about it! Crazy!

Keep driving, go to Amigos.Its been remodel and re opened but you can literally toss a coin 50 50 chance it's closed for NO REASON on the regular just go somewhere else

My shopping experience like always was nice and to the point. The employee (man) was polite. A few out of stock items but hey that's the way it goes sometimes. I can go back tomorrow morning or Saturday and what was sold out will be in stock just grateful that the out of stock items were not essential needs and I didn't have to go some place else. I like this particular store in Lubbock because it's clean, usually well stocked and employees are always friendly and polite

There's only 1 cashier that is friendly and easy to get answers to your questions. Usually a lot of items are out of stock and shelves are empty. I recommend that you go to a different store if possible.
