Kim the manager is very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't honor an error that was her employees fault. She needs to be retrained or fired before she gets the store a lawsuit

I don’t know why the management at this store is always so rude. Two other stores in Lubbock will take exchange items with no problem with no receipt but not the store! My daughter came over here yesterday and bought like 50 of the Christmas elves for me. I personalize them, and one of them was torn and I didn’t catch it till after I had put the decal on it You know it’s torn they’re just gonna write it off and throw it away but no they would not take it back. So sad and so picky.
