This was my second time ordering pizza here 1st time the cheese looked very different from my usual dominoes . I’m not sure if it’s the way it was cooked or quantity of cheese that was put on it . Long story short I went in today to get pizza and decided to check it , it looked the same as last time just undercooked or too much cheese truly unsure . I asked for a refund , The cashier was very friendly and called her manager up front , the manager in the other hand had an attitude from the start , seemed like I had bothered whatever she was doing . She stated money would be in my bank account in 2-4 business days , I agreed . I had to ask her for a receipt with refund information she seemed so bothered by me asking for a receipt . Will most definitely not come back to this location .

I sat and waited for 15 minutes from my order then they tell me they can't break a $50 bill so I either have to go drive around and try and find somewhere that will or just leave my order and go somewhere else I think I will go somewhere else and not come back to Domino's again

I had did an online order for delivery, 2 med 3 topping pizzas. They delivered the pizzas but one of them was not what I had wanted or ordered online so I thought. Apparently when I went to review my order online it didn't compute the toppings. So The Pizza I received was plain just cheese. I had ordered the pizzas ahead of time so they'd be ready when my kids got home but they were a couple hours later than expected. So didn't realize one of the pizzas was wrong until 2 hours later. I called and asked if they could as a courtesy deliver the pizza that I originally wanted. I spoke to the general manager O'rion, and he was true to Domino's guarantee. Which basically states that they are customer service focused and wants every customer satisfied and to have a good experience with Domino's. The manager Orion represented that and advised me that he would go ahead and make the pizza that I wanted and deliver it no charge. Excellent customer service. This Domino's Pizza on 34th Street is awesome the service is great the pizza is wonderful and I had a very good experience and had to share that. Thank you Domino's I'm 34th Street thank you general manager Orion.

My recent order from Domino's in Lubbock, TX, left me with mixed feelings. I ordered the Large Hand Tossed Spinach & Feta, Stuffed Cheesy Bread, Large Hand Tossed MeatZZa, and Medium Hand Tossed Pacific Veggie.Let's start with the positives. The Pacific Veggie was a highlight of this order. It was loaded with fresh, crisp veggies, and each bite was a burst of delicious, garden-fresh flavors. This pizza is a great choice if you're in the mood for something on the healthier side without compromising on taste.The MeatZZa, on the other hand, did not disappoint. Packed with a carnivore's dream of toppings, it was savory, satisfying, and a meat lover's paradise. The perfect indulgence for those craving a hearty, meaty pizza.The Stuffed Cheesy Bread, a crowd favorite, lived up to its reputation. The warm, cheesy, and garlic-infused bread is always a hit and makes for an excellent side to complement the main course.However, the major disappointment in this order was the Spinach & Feta pizza. As you can see in the attached photo, it was almost bare of its key ingredients. I've also attached a reference photo of what it's supposed to look like for comparison. This was a significant letdown, as I had high hopes for a pizza with the promise of spinach and feta. The lack of these toppings left me wanting, and it's not what I had paid for.This experience could have easily received a higher score if the Spinach & Feta pizza had met my expectations. Given the price point of Domino's, it's essential to receive what you've ordered. I might give them another chance, but I'm somewhat hesitant as I don't want to risk my money on a hit-or-miss experience, especially when there are other pizza options available in the market.Sincerely,Dining with Dave

Order online for delivery. Messed up on the wings. Ok, it happens. The lady got them remade and out for delivery. Delivery drivers drop them off at the wrong door. I called the store again. HS kid answers tried his best going back and forth with the manager. I finally asked him to please let me talk to the manager. I know he's not trained to handle customer complaints. Of course the manager is making excuses. The point is the manager should handle all complaints. That's what their trained and their jobs. I'm a GM in food industry and I would never put a complaint on a regular associate. The manager was nice but still I'm not having it.

Consistent and reliable. It's our Friday night staple. Order with a coupon and pick it up. It's one of the cheapest meals for our family and mom doesn't have to cooke!

Friendly staff even when I wasn't so friendly! Quick to help resolve issues with our order. ...like when our pizza gets "delivered" to an old address even though the app appears to have the updated address on our end... They corrected this for me and we were still able to enjoy our hot pizza and bread sticks!

They made my problem right and were very considerate. I really like their pizza and sides. The manager clearly cares about the quality of the food and their customers.
