On Tues. evening, 3/12/24, I called to place an order and inquire on variety of soda's. The female employee would not answer my questions insisting on name, etc. This female employee should be either fired or retrained for a lengthy time or supervised in customer service & mannerisms. If this person will grow some balls & step forward to take responsibility, that would be a start. Papa John's did an excellent job in customer service & professionalism!

This has been my preferred location for years but I am shocked at the quality of my most recent order. I purchased chocolate lava crunch cakes for pick-up and instead of receiving the cakes, I got a pile of dough and chocolate spread all over the box. I’m not even able to count how many pieces the lava cakes are in. This should have NEVER have been put in a box for a customer to receive. I called the store once I got home and saw the poor quality of what I had ordered (I cannot emphasize enough that this in no way resembles a chocolate crunch cake) and the response I received was not satisfactory.

Traveling and ordered from them to be delivered at the hotel and they didnt even knock on door just left the pizza on the floor very disappointed.

The past 3 orders from this store have been wrong, horrible quality, or tasted like nothing but grease. I wish I could select the store when I get delivery, but it automatically selects this store for my address.

Terrible customer service will never use this dominos pizza I regularly get pizza from here but my last order was it always check your pizza before buy it and leaving let alone I returned my order never got a store credit I was supposedly told by a manager

Not using gloves or hair nets for past shoulder length hair. Also using phone and Touching hair, WITHOUT washing hands before going back to work. 4-19-23 6:40pm if Mgrs would like to check video footage.
