The employees at this location are miserable. The last two visits two separate employees were cussing and telling the customers how horrible it is working there.Yesterday the lady gave me the wrong item and I was to afraid to ask for what I really needed as she was cussing about needing to mop. I won’t be going back here even though it’s the closest store to me.

Tonight, 03/30/22 at around 9pm I entered this convenience store to cash in a $5 lottery ticket and purchase a couple of items. Store clerk was dealing with a customer ahead of me and obviously had some issues. As I stepped up and presented my ticket, he aggressively asked, “HOW MUCH IS IT” and jerked it out of my hand. I should have walked out then because it only got worse. He then tried to cash it out at the register after scanning the ticket. The register was either malfunctioning or he didn’t have a clue how to operate it. He went to dropping “F” bombs and banging on the register. I stayed about 5 minutes but the more he messed with it the angrier he got. I finally gave up and said never mind. He said I already scanned it I owe you $5. Wasn’t worth it so I said forget it. As I was walking out, he said something profane but I couldn’t make it. I understand customer service is a very difficult and demanding job but if you can’t handle the stress of the job don’t work there. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE TO REFRAIN FROM DOING BUSINESS AT THIS CONVENIENCE STORE.Update: went back to this store the next day to speak with the manager regarding last nights issue. Was told by clerk the manager was not available but I could leave my name and number and they would call me, so I did. 4 hours go by nothing. So I go back. Same clerk advised me she provided the manager with my information. I have not received a call. Guess we know now that poor customer service starts at the top.

Earlier today I went and got free ice with my own cup, so after our Fourth of July celebration I stop to get more ice, and this lady says that'll be 64 cents. I usually don't do reviews but this female named Kristin was so rude I had to let everyone know to watch out for her. She must be miserable because her attitude is horrible. The main thing working with the public is to be kind and not rude it goes alot farther. This young rude girl has no business in management.

I purchased a roll of tobacco pouches today(that cost me $35) that were placed in a black sack and I was on my way. A couple hours later I realized the cashier had placed the wrong dip cans in the sack. I went to see if a simple scan and replace would be possible and I was told no. My return was unopened and I would have gladly sanitized it if that's what was needed. I asked the cashier if I could purchase the one she was originally supposed to get and place the old (new)ones in the trash because I had no use for them. I have spent thousands of dollars there over many years. I will never return.

Y'all need to stress to your employees the price for a Cup of ice... Been going to this store for 2 years and A cup of ice is 64 cents... Have never been charged $1.49 for a large cup of ice ? it is important to be consistent and when y'all get new employees they are making up their own rules and things so not cool

I like ez mart but they need to inform their new employees that a new cup of ice costs 64 cents not a $1.49. kinda annoying when you have come to the same store for 2 years and a new cup of ice is always been 64 cents

I went to e-z mart to fill my own cup. The employee said she'd have to charge me for the ice. I wrote an e-mail to the company and a man called me about the e-mail. He said they are charging for ice now. I asked if it was an ice maker, and he replied yes. The ice maker will continue to run whether the ice is being used or not. No longer will I frequent any e-z mart. Common sense should tell them consumers typically purchase something when they go in to get ice. What's next, a charge for the restroom to cover toilet paper and water usage? *Id given the business 0, if it was allowed.

My favorite convenience store in town. It always smells and appears to be very clean, which always provides for a delightful quick stop. Furthermore, the employees are always very courteous.
